Took my dog in for a lump under her neck, she got a clean bill of health as it was her collar causing issues. Staff was friendly. Dr was informative and kind. They gave us a sample dose of flea medication and put drops in her ears at no charge. Visit was extremely reasonable cost wise. I highly recommend.

I called because our dog is dying and we wanted to put him down instead of suffering and they wanted to charge us more just for wanting to be there with him when they did it and because I questioned why the vet made the decision to not help us knowing that our dog is suffering. How inhumane is that to make our dog go longer in pain just because the owner wants to be with him when he is euthenized. What kind of vet does that. Cottage is the worst animal hospital to be so cruel.

This was my first visit and I plan to return. It was a very positive experience. The staff was polite and Dr. Emad was kind. Our visit was on Saturday when most veterinarians are closed. Since we were a drop in there was a wait but the atmosphere was peaceful not chaotic.

The main veterinarian came at us very aggressively making passive aggressive comments and remarks about the way we cared for our dog which automatically rubbed us the wrong way at first. He then offered to go in and do a surgery on our dog without even knowing what was wrong with him which would have cost more money when we had obviously already told him finances were tight. After we decided not to do the surgery he prescribed our dog lots of medicine that cost over a thousand dollars including services which did not help him whatsoever. This resulted in the vet charging us around $1400 and our dog not getting better which felt like a scam and we ended up doing our own $20 method that resulted in our dog getting better. We concluded that the vet knew how to get our dog better but decided not to fully help us in order to profit more off of our sick dog.

They told me to come in to see if certain doctor, When I went in early in the morning I found out the doctor wasn’t there. They didn’t call me to tell me or anything so I woke up early on my day off for nothing! So unprofessional and very disrespectful and they acted like it was my fault for missing a previous appointment even though I had called a day early and canceled it. They didn’t take any notes from that phone call and made me feel like they thought I was lying about it all.
