I can’t say enough wonderful things about AA Animal ER. We had an emergency and had to rush our dog in, and the entire staff was exceptional. As a worried pet parent, I was terrified, but they kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. The care they provided was outstanding, and I truly felt like they treated my dog as if she were their own. They were honest, compassionate, and never tried to recommend unnecessary treatments. You can genuinely see how much they love and care for the animals they treat. I am beyond grateful for everything they did for our family, and I would absolutely trust them again in an emergency. Thank you, AA Animal ER!

I can't say I recommend this place. A few years back I had an emergency with my cat. After paying the 1000 dollars and while I was signing the waivers. They took my cat out of my car and wouldn't let me say goodbye. Little did I know that was the last time I would see him. Not only did they not take his situation seriously but they killed him on the process and charged me 36 more dollars to get his body. I have never recovered from this. They made a mistake waited to long to help my cat and if it weren't for them "saving him" he probably would have been alive today. I am so happy for the animals toy possibly saved but sadly my cat wasn't a priority and you punctured his bladder and killed him. Even if your animals on deaths door find somewhere else. No compassion. You murdered him. If I had waited I bet he still would have been alive. Sorry I tried to pay and get best help for my cat. Biggest mistake of my life.

Super grateful for this place. Coming to an emergency vet is always stressful, but the staff here is so kind, patient, and reassuring. They really help put your mind at ease and take amazing care of your pets when it matters most. My dog is okay!

I had an emergency with my dog she was attacked by other dogs . I hate ER vets they seem to never know what to do and charge soooo much money . I never leave reviews unless I am totally elated with service . This ER vet service was sooooo kind of, patient , and didn’t overcharge. I left feeling very grateful

This emergency vet SAVED OUR PUPPY'S LIFE. Our 10-week-old golden retriever chewed a toxic plant in our yard, and we had no idea what it was. She became unconscious and appeared to be having seizures. We rushed her here, and they took action immediately. The staff was incredibly compassionate and understanding of our financial situation, while still providing the absolute best care for our baby. They kept us informed every step of the way, including clear cost breakdowns. After an overnight stay, our little girl is now alive, healthy, and home. We are endlessly grateful to this facility and their amazing team. In one of the scariest moments of our lives, they made us feel supported and reassured that she was receiving the best possible care. Without them, she would not have made it. I would recommend this ER to anyone who loves their pet.
