My 15 year old dog is getting fantastic care. She received a very unusual diagnosis a year ago and is doing very well on the medication. . I can’t tell you how lucky I feel to be able to have fabulous Dr. Lawrence and her wonderful staff caring for my Penny.

I was referred to this clinic after my longtime vet closed and was hoping to receive care here for my dog. Unfortunately, the process has been very frustrating. I initially emailed and called to ask about basic pricing and never received a response. I followed up again by phone that same week a couple days later and was told someone would get back to me. After hearing nothing, I called again today and was informed that they would not provide any pricing information unless I first paid for an office visit. I understand that exact costs can vary depending on the pet and situation, but some general transparency or estimated ranges would have been helpful before committing to an appointment. After multiple follow-ups, the lack of communication and clarity was disappointing. Transparency and responsiveness are essential when choosing a vet, and this clinic showed neither. I can’t speak to the medical care, it may be good, but based on my experience, customer service and responsiveness could use improvement, especially for potential new clients.

Recently transferred to this clinic, they were able to schedule an appointment for my dog the next day. Staff was nice. Our appointment went very well, and on schedule.

We had the best experience brining Baz to his appointment! Our vet was extremely comprehensive with her exam and made Baz feel so comfortable!

Been taking my dog her ever since I got her. Both doctors are great, they seem to actually care about dogs and have helped me out when I needed it most. Dog pic tax
