PetVet Vaccination Clinic

I have used the clinic for three years, with intent on returning. Many dedicated individuals make this happen. I can’t jab my angels with a needle. New people arrive with aspirations of giving the best care. I wish success to these brave individuals, don’t quit your dreams of being a veterinarian, we need you. The process is register is even easier, though chatting with fellow pet owners in line was the best part of the old system. My dogs thank you all as I thank you as well.

I went Sunday, I had to pre register. The vet employee told me I can shop around I would get a text when it's my turn. I find out that's not true or I would have stayed in line. I got there at 1230 pm. I had to go back into the line at the end and left at 220pm. You should educate your employees if you are going to change the way you are doing things so they can then tell the customer.

I really enjoyed working with the crew. They were very organized and informational and was went out of their way to make our dog Ozzie feel comfortable.

Took exactly 2 hours to wait for our turn. Way too long to ask anyone to wait. Since it only took us 90 seconds to get out one shot, I’m not sure what took so long. And it was hot in the store as well

First visit for our two little yorkies & it was great! Easy from start to finish. Our yorkies did great & they were very good with them. We will definitely be returning in the future.
