My first visit with my fur baby Blu was fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout the appointment. The veterinarian was compassionate and thorough during the examination, explaining everything clearly and making Blu feel comfortable. If you're looking for a friendly, caring, and highly competent vet for your fur baby, I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic for their exceptional service and genuine kindness.

I’ve now been to this clinic twice, and while the staff and doctors are truly wonderful, gentle, and caring with the animals, the front desk communication has been concerning. Today, my cat was mixed up with another animal that had the same name. I was also told over the phone that my appointment was at 8:00, but when I arrived, I was informed it was actually at 9:00, which I suspect was the other pet’s appointment. This was frustrating, especially since my cat needed to take her calming medication two hours beforehand. The staff was very kind about the situation and gave me a refund, and I genuinely appreciate how compassionate everyone who works directly with the animals is. However, the mix-up made me worry about whether my cat received the exact care intended for her. This is only my second visit, and while the veterinary team is amazing, the scheduling and front desk organization really need improvement. I hope they can better maintain communication moving forward, because I want to feel confident bringing my cat here in the future, especially since the doctors and techs are very great at what they do

AMAZING- I am new to the area and had scheduled initial visits for Lilly (dog) and Max (dog). My sweet Lilly became seriously ill, I called the office and asked if Lilly could be seen sooner rather than wait for our pre-scheduled appointment. Everyone there went straight to work making room in their bust schedule to care for Lilly. The entire staff was so kind to Lilly and myself, I can't say enough good things about my experience. From my first phone call to paying my bill I was impressed, felt that my dog and I were treated with love and kindness, care, and dignity. I will be taking all 3 of my fur-babies here from now on and would tell ANY ONE that this is a wonderful practice and to feel confident in taking your loved ones here.

I just took my adopted cat here for his first visit and it was great! I loved the text and calls to remind me of my appointment. Everyone was SO friendly. Price of the visit and vaccine he needed was very reasonable. Really happy with my choice to come here

I have used Broad Street Veterinary for my dog Sasha several times. She has gone in for grooming and for checkups. They are so much better than Petsmart or one of the big pet stores. Everybody was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them as long as I'm in Richmond.
