Animal Care Clinic

We have been going to Animal Care Clinic for about 5 years now. They have always been wonderful and take great care of our dog and cat. Both of our animals have had surgeries with ACC that have gone very well and recovered quickly. They are also very knowledgeable if you call and have a quick question. They were immensely helpful when we had a puppy and we're just learning how to take care of her.

I had an amazing experience at Animal Care Clinic. I brought my dog in for dental issues, and the staff immediately took him into their care and made sure he got everything he needed. They were able to address all of his issues within a day, and their open schedule made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. Throughout the entire visit, the staff was kind, compassionate, and kept me updated, which meant so much to me. I’ve been to other vets where I felt judged or uncomfortable, but this place is truly one of a kind. You can tell the staff genuinely loves what they do, and it shows in the care they give. I’m so grateful to have found them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone.

My wife and I have been taking our pets here for years and we have been very happy with our experience here. Anytime my dog is sick they always squeeze us in and do everything they can to help her. They have also been great with our cats. Just want to say thank you so much to Dr. Hensley, Dr. King and everyone else you works here! Sage, Decker and Marcy appreciate you making sure they are always healthy!

Simply impressed. Never easy letting go of one that’s been a part of the family for the last 12 years. The decision was hard but the care that we got was above and beyond. Animal care clinic put a lot of thought and consideration in the space dedicated for this type of visit and their compassion showed from the very beginning to end. Above and Beyond Care (Yuki's Second Visit) I cannot recommend the Animal Care Clinic in Round Rock highly enough. As a highly-engaged (and maybe a little neurotic) pet parent, I was beside myself when my little boy, Yuki, had a classic puppy moment of madness and jumped off the bed at 3:45 AM, resulting in an immediate squeal and limp. In the chaotic early morning hours, I started calling multiple emergency vets, but the prices quoted were absolutely ridiculous, especially since Yuki's pain seemed minimal (he didn't react badly to massage or manipulation). I decided to wait until morning, and that's when I found the Animal Care Clinic. With a very tight schedule as a professional dog groomer, I needed flexibility, and they were the only ones who could accommodate me immediately. From the very first call, they were friendly, professional, and completely transparent—qualities that followed through in person. The cost structure was explained upfront, and the staff took the time to walk me through the necessary steps. Because of my schedule, I had to drop Yuki off, but I was fully expecting to wait all day to pick him up. Amazingly, the process was incredibly quick, and I was able to collect Yuki (diagnosis handled and anti-inflammatories prescribed) in less than three hours! This is the second time I have entrusted Yuki's care to this clinic, and every time, they deliver outstanding service, transparency, and efficiency. Yuki is already feeling way better thanks to the anti-inflammatory medication and their quick care. Thank you so much, guys—you are truly amazing, and I won't be taking my boy anywhere else moving forward!
