First time visit after my vet of many years retired. Dr. Baugh was recommended by a friend & I’m so glad my cat is now in her capable hands. She is calm, thorough, spends plenty of time, & explains everything well so you feel she truly cares about the health of your pet. Office is well staffed, pleasant, efficient. It’s everything I needed in a new vet and I feel very fortunate to have found her & Great Oaks Animal Hospital..

Since 2013, Dr. Baugh has been the trusted and beloved veterinarian for our four German Shepherds. She has guided us through every stage—from energetic puppies to wise seniors—with unwavering expertise, kindness, and genuine compassion. What sets Dr. Baugh apart is her remarkable ability to connect not just with us, but with our dogs. All four of our Shepherds have absolutely adored her, which speaks volumes about her gentle and calming presence. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, never rushes an appointment, and treats our family members with the utmost respect and care. The entire staff mirrors Dr. Baugh's wonderful attitude. They are consistently the most friendly, helpful, and organized team we've encountered. From the front desk to the techs, everyone makes you feel welcomed and supported. After over ten years and four dogs, we know without a doubt that our pets are in the best possible hands with Dr. Laura Baugh and her team. They are simply amazing.

I've always heard great things about Great Oaks Animal Hospital. Since they are close to my house and have great reviews I brought my senior dog in for a checkup. Dr. Meola was very nice and thorough. She gave us some helpful advice on how to handle our dog's cognitive decline. Her vet assistant was very calming and professional.
