The vet technician, Kim, was personable and had a great bedside manner. The veterinarian told me exactly what we needed to do to diagnose my cat. The vet presented 2 quotes (one for in-house lab work and the other for sending it out) before any procedure was done. I felt confident the practice would take care of my cat.

Wow! We just moved to the US from the UK and Dr Woodman was just amazing. We are so lucky to have found such a caring and knowledgeable vet straight away. He was so good, didn't rush us and really wanted to know all about our fur baby. We felt listened to, reassured and walked away feeling so happy with our choice in vet!

The staff is amazing! Hardly any wait, the Dr and techs were nothing short of amazing at making my doggo feel comfortable and welcome while they were treating him. Also love the owls. I had to do a double take to make sure I actually saw an owl! Highly recommend this Vet.

I have been taking my Rosie here for quite a few years now and wouldn't trust her with anyone else. Especially after today- we had a medical emergency this morning, they told me to bring her asap, and they kept her till she was better. Today was my first time coming here. I was worried that my baby Quaker may have aspirated some formula and called at least 10 other vets that couldn’t squeeze him in. When I called I talked to Susie and she was incredibly friendly! She asked the vet and he said that I could bring him in to be seen if I was really worried. It’s a Saturday so I definitely understand how hard it is to squeeze someone in especially a new client. When I got there, the ladies up front were very friendly. They even had a quiet room so my bird wasn’t stressed. When Dr. Grenoble came in he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with me and really answered all questions and give me additional information. I appreciate you all so much! Thank you for easing my worry!
