The vet and the staff are great!! The techs told me to bring my doggie any time and they will love on her and 'pretend' to examine her so she will be more comfortable on actual visits!!

The Vet and assistant were so kind with me and gentle with my cat. We were both put at ease and went home with all the instructions and meds needed for a great recovery. I appreciated that they kept me aware of prices so I wasn’t scared of the cost. It was incredibly reasonable and the ease of scheduling was fantastic!

Awesome service! I received better service than my normal Veterinary who I had been going to for 10 yrs. Everyone was polite, helpful and professional. The facility is super clean, the rewards program helps save money. It’s a huge Win for me and my Dogs. It looks like they did a great job of hiring the right people!

Incredible experience, our first visit using PETCO benefit. The $$$ savings were unanticipated and very welcomed in a holiday month. Puppy warmed up as the providers knew exactly how to approach and make him feel comfortable. I usually do not leave reviews, but the way Dr. Karyn and tech supported my wild inquiries and made recommendations with thoughtfulness and authenticity, I just had to throw a shout out. Don’t trust google…. Go see Dr. Karyn! I can’t say enough how your easing my mind, was the best gift this season!

Have been a patient with Vetco on Center for approximately two years now and have received outstanding care at every single appointment. The team on Center demonstrate compassion, care, and respect through and through. They go above and beyond with explaining and providing various options for testing/treatment. I unfortunately had to put one of my cats, Francine, down earlier this year, but the team here demonstrated empathy throughout the whole process and made it their mission to try to get little Francine the best care possible. Dr. Zittel-Harless is particularly fabulous at what she does and makes sure to give your lovely little furballs all the love and affection they deserve while they are in the office. Dr. LaPoint is also very wonderful and a great addition to the team. Other staff members, such as Bianca & Chelsea, are also phenomenal to work with — albeit I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the support staff in the office. I cannot rave enough about this clinic and recommend it to all of those I know who have fur babies
