The staff here are always so kind and go out of their way to answer our questions and concerns about our kittens. They do such a great job at making them feel welcome

On February 26, I called the hospital to request a refill for my dog’s medication. I was told that the refill would be ready within one hour. When I arrived to pick it up, I was charged $100 on a prepaid Mastercard gift card and $8.16 on my Capital One credit card. The front desk employee processed the $100 charge on the prepaid card and then discarded the card, stating that there was no remaining balance on it. After that, I was informed by the staff, following a discussion with the manager, that they could not provide the refill without first examining my dog. I did not request a refund at that time. The staff told me they issued a refund and provided me with a receipt. When I asked how the refund would be processed, I was told it would be returned to my credit card within 7–10 business days. However, when I checked my account, I only received a refund of $8.16. The $100 was not returned to me. When I contacted the hospital, they stated that the full refund had already been processed and were unwilling to discuss the matter further. I explained that I no longer have access to the prepaid gift card, as it was discarded by their employee immediately after the charge was made. When I spoke with the manager, Gino, he did not offer any assistance and was unwilling to help resolve the issue. As a result, I lost $100 and did not receive the necessary medication for my dog. I am requesting a full refund of $100.00. I also wasted 2 hours driving 1 hour thier and 2 hours on the phone. And so much stress because of their tarible customer service

My cat was taken there. She had surgery on February 27. She passed away during the night and I found her this morning. I was told nothing but good things when I went to pick her up after her surgery they said her oxygen levels were good. her blood work was good. I was told to bring her back in 3 to 5 days. She had an infection from what to understand from a cat bite. They put a couple tubes in her leg to drain whatever infection was in there, but she had been taking antibiotics for 2 1/2 three weeks prior to the surgery. I am very sad and very disappointed because I had no idea that something like this was gonna happen I was never told that there was a chance or a risk and I hope people read this and be very cautious to take their pet there for surgery.

I brought my dog in because he cut his paw. I originally took him to beacon, but they were very backed up, but they did take a look at him but because he was uncomfortable I decided to come here. They came in to give me my estimate told me it would be $2500 last time with the old Vet at fourth Street charged me $900. I was told I couldn’t do the procedure without some” Mandatory” line items That were not mandatory the last time. After I declined their financing option, they brought me to the front to tell me it was going to be $70 for a sick visit when I asked why I was being charged for the estimate. He told me the doctor gave an exam when the doctor never did anything to take off the bandage, and I had put on my dog and left me without a bandage now. Update- Still 1 star. Went 20 blocks up to partridge they did the same thing for $570. Lady at the front desk is a rude cat lady. Vet tech with the tattoos is cool. She’s the only one that cares

The veterinary care you received here is top notch. It is very easy to book an appointment. They communicate clearly about costs and will help you see what care they can provide within your budget. I have three pets (two cats one dog). My dog is leash reactive to other dogs. They are wonderful at minimizing her exposure to other dogs. I can call when I arrive (usually 15-30 minutes early) so they can let me know when I can bring her straight back to a room and a wonderful very tech kept her company while I paid/scheduled a follow up for one of my cats. Pet tax pictures were taken at their last appointments.
