Dr. Reinmuller and staff were fantastic helping my cat Pibbie! I was afraid that I was losing him due to fluid buildup around his lungs and Dr. Reinmuller treated him and Pibbie is like his normal self now! I am so grateful for her skill and compassion that saved my cat! Emergency clinics are expensive but if your pet's life is hanging in the balance, going to such a professional one as Beacon may save his life and there's no price tag on that! Thank you Dr. Reinmuller and staff at Beacon for all you did for Pibbie! I'm so grateful to have him around for a little longer!! 💖💖💖

As most pet parents are well aware, a trip to the ER is the last place you want to be on a Friday night. Our 4 lb fur baby was definitely not doing well and a trip was warranted. When I say, the level of care my little princess received was stellar! We were taken to a small private room for basic info and she was swept away for triage. I was kept informed of how she was doing and what the diagnosis was. They then explained treatment possibilities with zero judgement or pressure about moving forward. While I only opted for IV fluids at first they then came in to encourage and explain that the anti nausea would be more beneficial and assured me the fluids weren’t a necessity as much as a preventative option. Listen, as much as we love our fur babies I don’t have a clue of what is better which is why I am so thankful for the honest and caring staff here. Hands down if we ever need another trip to the ER this is where we will head. I am happy to say my little Stella Mae is much more herself this morning and after a case of the midnight munchies last night her energy levels are much more like her mischievous self. Again, thank you to the crew last night you have made a pet momma truly happy! 🤗🥰🫶🏻

It was my first time going there for an emergency The Vet the tech the staff, everyone was amazing. It felt like family and they stayed on top of us even though they were having another emergency at the same time. they are truly dedicated to each every animal that comes into their care Definitely will recommend anyone who needs a pet emergency. thank you to all who help me with my fur baby prince I appreciate all of you💙

We just took our dog, Otis Shedding, in last night. We were seen right away and they took great care of him. Called us the next day to check on him, which we really appreciate. We also had to take our kitty(Toez Malone) there a few months ago, and again we were seen right away and got him all fixed up also. Super caring and friendly staff. Broke down all the treatment and explained it well. Also, worked with us on the different options regarding treatment and cost. Hope you never need them, but very thankful they are always there! You guys saved our pets and treated us great!

Amazing. I was scared out of my wits over my yorkie. She was acting so strange.. whimpering, hiding, shaking etc. At 2am! I rushed her to Beacon.. The staff was so kind and supportive.. Thank goodness my Peanut was healthy. No major problems. The doctor gave her a thourough exam and talked to me extensively. She didn't even charge me for the visit! Angels. I highly recommend!
