I brought my sweet boy in for a dental cleaning and Dr Lore had a “spidey sense” that something was wonky under his gumline. She did a biopsy and found cancer that no one else has ever addressed and was basically hidden. I was amazed at her thoroughness and how educated she is. She also speaks in a way where I can tell she loves what she does and makes me feel informed and confident during every visit. We all love Dr Lore and her team, they make us feel loved and safe!

Very disappointed as we thought this would be a good fit for our 2 large breed dogs. We were very open when we scheduled the appointment that we were just looking for the most basic vaccinations at the moment because at our previous provider we always spaced out vaccinations to make it more affordable. We felt incredibly pressured to do all vaccinations at the same appointment, the tech even made us sit through him adding all of it up and telling us an amount over 1k. I felt as though this was a waste of our time when I was transparent in why we made the appointment. We then were informed our dogs “have fleas” after the dogs were removed from the very small exam room and combed without asking us. I had to leave the exam to take a phone call and when my husband told me this happened, I was shocked because I just ran a flea comb through both their coats before we left the house and saw no evidence of fleas or flea dirt. As we have had fleas before and are always paranoid. We were made to feel like we were clueless because we were not from Florida…and ended up leaving with flea prevention as well — which I had stated during the appointment they had been on Bravecto…I sensed they were being dishonest and since then we have sought out another opinion 1 week later, and the dogs never had fleas. I do not recommend this facility for care of your animals as I do not find them to be trustworthy or honest. Our previous vet would also call us the next day after vaccinations as a courtesy to make sure the dogs were doing well, where as this facility could not even send a receipt to my email as they claimed they would. Please do not take your fur babies here if you are a new client looking for transparency and a family environment. If I could rate a 0, I would.

Needed a quick appointment for my three ferrets who had gotten fleas and they made accommodations to see my girls the next morning. Vet assistant was amazing and they handled my girls with such care. She didn’t charge me to give them all exams which I really appreciate. I feel they listened to me and really care about the animals they care for. Will definitely be coming back!

Dr. Lore is the best! We've used her for over 12 years. She's very compassionate and loving with our babies! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My daughter brought our Frenchie in to this vet. She had to have her glands expressed that was already supposed to be done by previous vet. They were full and she had an infection. She was so miserable scratching herself raw. She is sleeping so content right now and so thankful for the team at this vets office. Thank you for your thorough exam. Violet is happy again💜
