I've had several dogs over the years in multiple states. This last one was even more special than the rest so when I needed last minute end of life service, I just found the only place open and close. I'm so glad I lucked upon this place. They were all so sweet and professional, they treated my dog like she was important to them as well. For the service they provided, I expected to pay double what I did. Highly recommend this place, they made my difficult decision so much more comfortable.

My dog, Luna, was accidentally cut during a grooming visit, and the wound looked pretty deep. Since our regular veterinarian had already closed for the day, we needed someone to see her quickly to determine the best course of action and make sure she was okay. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly attentive, kind, and reassuring. Charlie, the Practice Manager, made what was already a stressful situation feel so much more manageable. And Dr. Katie treated Luna with so much patience, gentleness, and compassion, and took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options. I especially appreciated that she discussed not only what was medically best for Luna, but also different treatment options that considered affordability without ever making me feel pressured. We left with antibiotics, pain medication, and clear instructions for recovery/follow up. While I hope we never need another unexpected urgent care visit, it's incredibly comforting to know exactly where we'll go if we do.

Loved this place. Hannah was an awesome tech and Dr Catie was great at answering questions and alleviating my concerns. I’m glad I didn’t wait until my normal vet was available. The treatment prescribed was immediately effective. I would highly recommend this clinic if you need an after hours vet but don’t want to take your baby to the hospital.

When our fur baby got sick they helped walk us through the options. Sat with us while we cried, explained everything clearly and helped our old boy pass peacefully and with dignity. Yes, they are more expensive…because they are urgent care. But they were incredibly kind and we couldn’t have asked for better as we said goodbye to our Blanco.

Nurse Charlie went above and beyond while caring for our injured cat, Max. He was compassionate and attentive, and took the time to make sure we felt informed and supported throughout the process. It’s clear he cares about the animals he treats. We also appreciated their willingness to work with us on pricing during a stressful time. That level of understanding and flexibility made a big difference for our family. The entire team is always friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s reassuring to have a place we can count on when our pets need urgent care. Highly recommend.
