I brought my 5-year-old dog in a year ago for a lump. At the time, I was advised to “wait and see.” And again, last August. Last week, I requested a fine needle aspiration.The diagnosis came back as cancer. I can’t help but wonder whether earlier testing might have led to a different outcome or earlier intervention. I wish I had been informed a year ago that Shih Tzus can be prone to skin tumors and cancer. Having that context might have influenced me to pursue diagnostic testing sooner. The staff was kind and professional but I will not be back. As a pet owner, I rely heavily on veterinary guidance to make informed decisions, and I wish more proactive diagnostic options had been presented sooner. Now, I am dealing with surgery and has the cancer spread. I hope sharing this encourage you to speak up if you think something is going on with your pet!

This was an impromptu exam as my cat was missing for almost 3 months and just returned. The clinic staff was aware of this and were very compassionate. They are kind, caring people who take excellent care of the animals they see and treat. The total cost was even less than I expected. We moved farther away from this clinic, but continue to go there because of how nice they are.

New name. Same great vets! Holly works the front desk, who is always quick it answer the phone is so helpful. When the vet calls to review blood work they are very thorough and never feel like I’m rushed.

My car is my whole world and we had to find a new vet after moving to the area. I’m so glad I went with Central Animal Hospital! The location is convenient, the facility is CLEAN, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It’s imperative for me to have a vet who is invested in my cats health and well-being and I received that in troves during our visit. They even gave us a cute bag and a treat to go along with his meds! We are VERY grateful!!!

When I say great treatment there should be a picture of this place right next to that definition. The doctor is very relatable, and she understands as an animal lover how we feel about our pets. Her communication is superb, and her staff is very very welcoming! I would highly recommend this place for pets and for people they are amazing!! They took great care of my six day old puppies!! I trust them!!
