Great service and people Fantastic and honest emergency pet hospital! They took amazing care of my fur baby as if they were their own. We took our 9 year old mixed bread dog Maverick to the neurology department at Bluepearl. He had sudden onset of grand mal seizures. Dr Bailey and Amber took amazing care of our boy. We never felt rushed when asking questions and never felt pressured when hearing our options for testing and treatment. Dr Bailey was very knowledgeable and compassionate. Amber was our superstar making sure we understood how and when to give meds. We are so happy we decided to bring our dog to them for his care. Highly recommend them.

We came in for a neurology consult with Dr. Bailey for our 2 year old Saint Bernard Tate who was recently diagnosed with epilepsy. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. We really liked Dr. Bailey, she was knowledgeable, did a great job explaining things and addressed all our concerns. We feel really good about his care plan going forward and the support they will offer should things not go as planned. I also want to mention the tech Amber, she was absolutely fantastic! She took a lot of time with us, getting to know Tate and answered so many questions. She made sure we understood the instructions going home, what to do in an emergency and how to reach them. The front office staff was great too, everyone was very friendly and we didn't feel rushed at all. I really love that neurology is in a seperate building from the main clinic, it's calm, quiet and low stress. Thank you so much for an amazing experience during a really scary time for us. We feel a lot more confident in our ability to care for Tate and hopeful that his seizures can be managed.

After a long and incredibly stressful year of trying to get answers for my dog Marseille, we were referred to BluePearl Specialty Hospital, and it was the best decision we could have ever made. ​From the very first moment we walked through the doors, the entire receptionist team was so welcoming, efficient, and compassionate, which immediately helped put my anxiety at ease. ​Dr. Olson is an absolute godsend. Marseille was treated for Ovarian Remnant Syndrome—which is such a rare and tricky condition to diagnose and treat. Dr. Olson, DVM, DACVS-SA performed her complex surgery, found exactly where the remnant was, and successfully removed it all along with the affected tissue. He made such a profound impact on our lives by keeping our baby completely safe and permanently cured. The guesswork is finally over. ​A very special thank you to his phenomenal ICU nursing team—Dee, Sarah, and Cristina. They took such incredible, diligent care of my girl while she was waking up from anesthesia, making sure she was perfectly warm, stable, and comfortable until she was safely back in my arms. ​If you need elite specialist care for your beloved pet, do not hesitate to come here. We have been part of the BluePearl blood donor program since 2019. This is the most fantastic program, and Lalania Hill has always been so great with both my blood donor boys, Zac & Duke. They get so much love, attention, and treats. We are still enrolled in the program, but Duke will soon retire. We will be so sad when this day arrives. Overall, BluePearl has treated us fantastically, whether it is this program or any other medical need; they do not disappoint. Thank you, LaLania for all you do 🙌🐾
