Our pets care about love, trust, and feeling safe. That's exactly what Royal Pets represents. It's about recognizing that the animals who give us unconditional love deserve the very best care we can provide. Every visit reminds me that the people here understand that pets are family. They treat each animal with genuine compassion, patience, and respect, taking the time to make them feel comfortable and cared for. You can see the difference in the way the pets respond—with wagging tails, relaxed bodies, and trusting eyes. It's comforting to know there's a place where the focus isn't just on providing a service, but on protecting the happiness and well-being of the companions who brighten our lives every single day. If you truly love your pet, you'll appreciate the heart, dedication, and kindness that make Royal Pets so special.

I have been bringing my 6-month-old puppy, Honey, to Royal Pets for daycare and all of her veterinary needs ever since I adopted her, and I truly can't say enough good things about them! Every day when I pick Honey up, she's completely exhausted from having so much fun. In fact, she still refuses to leave! You read that right—she'll sit down and stare back at the front door and play area like I'm taking her away from the best day ever. 😂 One of my favorite things is seeing the videos of her playing with her daycare friends throughout the day. It's clear that the entire team genuinely cares about every animal that walks through their doors. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, informative, and happy to answer any questions I have. Knowing Honey is loved, cared for, and having the best time gives me so much peace of mind. We absolutely love Royal Pets and couldn't recommend them more!

If you are looking for the best care for your fur baby, Royal Pets is NOT the place to go. I have been bringing my babies here since day one when they opened their doors. The quality and care has severly diminshed over the last couple of years, but hit an all time low once Dr. Nobuki left to open his own practice. The owner(s) makes scheduling mistakes and owns up to absolutely nothing. Every time I go in there, the shelves are more empty than before. You never know when the vet center is going to be closed because they do not have a set doctor in place, only fill-ins ... so you are seeing somoene different every time you go. If you want a doctor who is compassionate and actually cares for your fur baby, go see Dr. Nobuki at Double Branch Veterinary Hospital in San Antonio, FL. It may be a little further drive than Royal Pets, but is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Please stop taking your animals to a place that shows they do not care about you, your time, or your fur baby.

I’ve been using this clinic for about two years for both veterinary care and grooming. Overall, my experience has been mixed, which is why I’m leaving a 3 out of 5 rating. Recently, I had a frustrating experience with the grooming service. My appointment was canceled last week, and due to my work schedule out of town, I had to push the reschedule to the following weekend. Unfortunately, that appointment was also canceled and I was not notified. I still showed up as planned, only to find out upon arrival. There was a brief apology, and while the staff acknowledged the situation was unprofessional, there was no real effort to make it right. Because of this, I will not be returning for grooming services. The veterinary care has been acceptable and affordable. I hope the team improves communication and reliability moving forward.

Pit Bull Restrictions (not disclosed). Royal Pets doesn’t allow pit bulls in group day camp—and I tell you this because Royal Pets won’t. Not on their website. Not when you talk to their employees about your pit bull. Not even when you drop off an actual living breathing pit bull - Somehow, no one thinks to mention their no-group-play-pit-bull policy. I toured the facility with my pit bull a week ago, handed over her vet records (which Royal Pets reviewed), and spoke with three employees about day camp packages. I even said I’d pay extra for day camp when boarding—because why not nickel-and-dime us while you’re at it? I was very clear I wanted my pit bull to play and socialize. Nobody mentioned any restrictions. Today, I dropped her off for her first day camp—still a pit bull mind you—and it was only AFTER pickup that I was told she got “one-on-one play” with an employee and spent the rest of the day caged. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call and say, “Hey, we just realized we screwed this up. Badly. Do you want to come get her, or leave her here caged all day defeating the entire purpose of day camp?" I mean, I could have crated her all day at home after 20 minutes of backyard play and saved myself a lot of trouble. Completely absurd. I don’t know if these restrictions affect any of their other services—and you won’t either, because they won’t tell you. Royal Pets is a private business and entitled to any breed restrictions they wish to impose (I wonder if chihuahuas are restricted too)—but maybe mention the restrictions when a pit bull walks in. I included a pic of my blood-thirsty pitty to remind everyone why breed restrictions exist.
