(from Google)This is our second time taking our Siberian Husky puppy to this vet & we’ve loved the care so far until today. During a basic nail trim our puppy’s nails were cut too short exposing her quick. When I called to speak to the manager I was told they probably tried to plug the nail then it came unplugged as she walked out of the vet. So during their care they injured our puppy, they then treated our puppy, yet never told me. Had I been told I would’ve been more cautious with her making sure the powder had enough time to fully set. Below is a picture of my car covered in blood. My house is covered in blood & I’m covered in blood from carrying her inside. This could’ve all been easily avoided had I been told that our puppy got hurt. Fortunately for them we’re locked in a puppy plan or else we would not be back. Also note if you ever have an issue with this place good luck getting ahold of a manager. No matter how many times you call you’ll constantly be told they’re too busy to take a call because they don’t ever want to deal with their mistakes.
I took my cat here in a panic after finding blood in her litter box this morning. I didn’t read any reviews & honestly only took her here because I couldn’t find a nearby vet that would allow a new patient drop off. However! I’m glad I did & I wish I didn’t live so far away from this clinic so I could use them as my primary vet. Honestly, after I had dropped her off and started reading reviews, I thought I had just given away my baby to her death sentence. But I couldn’t have been more wrong! The staff reassured me at drop off that my girl would be okay. The vet was super sweet & she answered all my questions once I picked my cat up. And honestly for diagnostics, antibiotics, and 2+ weeks worth of prescription food, I think the price was pretty reasonable! Far more affordable than what I was anticipating after reading these reviews. I also thought it was really cool that they have the Pet Depot right next door.
Everyone is so nice, courteous, professional and empathetic. We love Dr. Navarro and her exceptional care and kindness towards our fur babies. Her assistant (my apologies for not being able to remember her name). Was outstanding with her attitude and attentions towards our new puppy.
The staff is very compassionate and helpful. On Saturday at 6am we brought our dog, Sailor, in because we thought he had an upset tummy that he couldn’t shake but it turned out to be much worse. The vet on duty, I don’t remember her name, was thorough and explained the situation well and gave her recommendations so we could make a clear decision about the next steps. Ultimately we had to make the decision to send our baby over the rainbow bridge. The staff gave us a comfortable, private room to spend as much time as we wanted with him to say goodbye. The staff was so compassionate and calm during the entire process which put us and our boy at ease. Once our boy had crossed they allowed us to stay with him as long as we needed. Every one of the staff on duty told us how sorry they were that we had to make that decision but reassured us that it was the right thing to do. We chose to have him cremated and we picked his ashes up last night. Again the staff was very compassionate and told us how sorry they were for our loss. His ashes and the keepsakes included were beautifully packaged in a nice canvas bag with a very thoughtful card. I will recommend this urgent care vet to everyone I know! From the bottom of our hearts…THANK YOU!
On December 26th, I was taking my dog Ella for a walk to the dog park when she suddenly threw up, collapsed, and could barely walk. I was terrified and had no idea what was happening. I rushed her to Seven Oaks, and the moment I walked through the door and handed her off to the team, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief. Dr. Navarro, Ashlynn, and Jackilyn were incredibly efficient, calm, and compassionate. They quickly diagnosed the issue, started treatment, and handled all the documentation smoothly while keeping me informed every step of the way. I truly cannot thank them enough for taking such excellent care of my baby. It turns out Ella had ingested marijuana that was in the grass during our walk—definitely a new fear unlocked for me as a dog owner. Thanks to their quick action and expertise, she made a full recovery. I’m not from the area, but when you find a veterinary team this good, it deserves to be shared. You can absolutely trust Seven Oaks to take care of your furry family members when it matters most. Thank you all again—and Ella is happily recovering and loving her new UGG boots.
