I'm from out of town and I called at 8:30am bc my dog had a little piece of a foxtail up his nose. They got me in within an hour, and charged me a very fair price to pull this thing out of his nose while he was awake. They were prepared to sedate him if they had to, but that was not needed in the end. They were very careful, gentle, and sweet with my anxious and unruly dog. I was so impressed and grateful. I also witnesses them being very kind to an elderly local man, allowing him to make payments toward his bill, which I thought was REALLY thoughtful, especially in these hard times. We're leaving town today, but if I lived here, this would be my vet.

I came in for my dogs yeast infection in his ears. It was great priced compared to my home state in Arizona. The staff were all extremely kind and got my dog the medicine he needed. Couldn't recommend them enough. Incredible customer service and they truly love animals.

I was very disappointed. They made me feel uncomfortable from the moment we walked in. They didn't greet us. They just stared at us when we walked through the door. Not even a smile came across the numerous people standing at the desk. They just simply said "who is this?" When back in the room they didnt even pet my dog or even speak to him at all. My dog has had many vet visits and I have never seen him be as uncomfortable as he was at this vet office. They didn't inform me that the ear swab was gonna cost extra from the $65 office visit and you could clearly tell it was an ear infection without doing the swab and the vet barely looked at his leg that supposedly had a "hot spot." (I seriously doubt that is what it is) my dog received a small bottle of ear cleaner and a small bottle of ear meds and I paid $160! I have never ever paid that much for what little was done at a vet. Shame on y'all. Do better. I will definitely not come back and if I do it will be for you to actually look at my dogs leg and hopefully diagnose it correctly at no cost. Have a day you deserve 😊

This place truly was so amazing from top to bottom. They loved and took care of my pepper like she was their own! Dr. Q and Dr. Miller took such great care of pepper before and after her surgery, it was such a relief knowing she was in good hands! Truly can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff.

I never thought I would be writing a bad review for this company but here I am on the eve of having to have my Lola euthanized. To be clear she was NOT euthanized because of any wrong doing on the clinic's part, however, the actions prior to this made it so much worst than it had to be. I have been using this clinic since 1983 when Dr. Fred Wingert owned and ran the clinic. About 15 years ago Lola started seeing Dr. Richards, almost exclusively. My Lola was very sick and I had made the decision to put her on hospice. The next time I called to schedule an appointment I was told that Dr. Richards last day was yesterday. This came as a complete shock to me as I had no knowledge that she was leaving so had to make an appt with Dr Miller (the owner). Her treatment of cleaning Lola's ears was so aggressive I had to look away and Lola snapped at her (something that Lola had never done before.) When I learned of Dr Richards leaving I was so upset to lose her but the worse part is that the company did not notify me of her leaving. After this I left and went to another company which handled Lola's euthanasia with dignity and warmth. I will end this long rant with a shout out to Tova Morris who has been working there almost as long as I've been a customer and is an amazing human being. Other great employees are Becky, Astrid, and Jennifer. I wish you all a good life.
