Reasonable price, plenty of staff, responsive and by conversation you can tell they get to know your dogs well.

This is by far the best place to leave your 🐶- never had a problem in 10 years. Staff is friendly, our dog is always happy 😁😁

We have taken all of our dogs (5 in total) to Green Level shortly after moving to the area win 2010. Since the first stay we have been impressed with everyone there, especially Mark. The dogs come home happy and we are able to not worry about them.

Maybe it is what it is and I get what I paid for... I went on a work trip for a week and couldn't bring my 6 months old Schnauzer. I tried this place for the value and 'reviews'. When I arrived to drop-off my pups, I knew I made a mistake but was too late to look elsewhere. The way they treated me could've been a hint of how they treat dogs. The check-in was rushed, the lady was rude and disrespectful to me, and they basically snatched the dog off my arms and threw him in the back. There was little explanation of the process or what is done on a daily basis. Although I asked for a bath, when I picked him up last Saturday he looked like a mess. Luckily he was going to the usual groomer the next day... He was very anxious to see me and was ready to go home. He looked skinnier than when I dropped him off so I take it he was not eating well. They did not communicate with me throughout his stay to provide updates and make it hard to get images for status. He's been acting differently since he arrived and looks almost traumatized with the stay. I would not trust these people again...

Our greyhound Bruce always has a great time! He loves going to “camp” at Green Level. The staff are friendly and attentive. They have always followed any special instructions I’ve given. This will continue to be our go-to kennel!
