Peak City Puppy

We have had recent changes in our family, that required us to need drop-in care for our two furry family members (Chauncey & Myles). The need was rather quick. We found PCP online, and with their excellent reviews gave them a call. They were responsive, communicated well and were very organized. After my phone meeting to explain my needs (which includes a rotating weekly schedule), learn more about the company and answer my questions, a meet and greet was scheduled. Things moved quickly because we needed services to start rather soon. Unfortunately, our youngest furry family member (who is highly reactive) did not get the memo and the sudden changes triggered his anxiety. The PCP sitters/walkers were patient and worked with us. They adjusted the routine to accommodate his needs. Now that my dog is better, they are able to enjoy their walks during the 20-min visit. While I work, I always look forward to the texts, visit updates, photos, videos after each visit. I absolutely love having consistent dog walkers (Celeste and Rachel are amazing!) and how this company communicates with the clients. The app is very user family, it’s easy to communicate, schedule/cancel visits and make payments. The prices are pretty reasonable for what we need which is reliable, quality services. PCP has made this transition for our family much easier!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Peak City Puppy. Our pet sitter was amazing and attentive to every single detail. We received daily updates with pictures and descriptions of everything Barkley did, which gave us so much peace of mind. They were incredibly understanding and compassionate when we had a medical emergency and ended up getting back into town later than planned. They truly went above and beyond in every way. We felt completely comforted knowing Barkley was in such loving hands with Stacy and her family. I cannot recommend Peak City Puppy enough—we will absolutely use them again!

Peak City Puppy is full of extremely caring and detail-oriented folks. I have never felt safer leaving my girl; I know she's in great hands. Both our sitter and the admin staff are phenomenal communicators and the app/website makes scheduling, paying, and everything else extremely straightforward and convenient. I am so glad we switched from miscellaneous Rover sitters to this dependable company. I highly recommend Peak City Puppy for pet care and urge you to check them out - you won't be disappointed.

I am so delighted that I found Peak City Puppy, love the way that they take care of my fur kids! and as important, my three furry family members love their sitters! They take excellent care of them - spending time to get to know them and their personalities, playing with them, taking them walks and giving them lot's of cuddles - mine are big love bugs! I have a diverse crew - a 6 month dachshund puppy, a 2 yr. old high-energy standard poodle and a 15year young senior dachshund with special dietary needs - so I am very particular about who cares for them while I am away, and I have been very pleased with the exceptional care and attention to details and the different needs of each of my dogs, that Peak City Puppy has provided. They update me at each visit, letting me know how each of my dogs is doing, what activities they are doing and they include lots of wonderful pics! They even brought some wholesome holidays treats to my little crew - very thoughtful! (Thank you Michele!)

The best of the best is how we would rate Peak City Puppy. We could not be more pleased than we are about the care of our two girls, Bella and Lily. Heather, Beth, and Carla are shining stars. We are very careful in whom we place our trust to care for Bella and Lily. Without any doubt, our choice in Peak City Puppy has been and is the right one for our girls. From the beginning and throughout our overnight care to daily visits to Pet-Taxi service , the care has been superb. Carla provided excellent care, and our girls love and appreciate her. She not only follows all we request, she goes out of her way to do even more than expected. It is extremely comforting to know when we are not with our girls they are receiving the very best of care. In addition, we had Carla’s assistance when we recently were married. The girls were part of the ceremony, and Carla fulfilled all we needed to have them arrive on time; be dressed for the occasion; and then be picked up promptly and returned home. We were so busy with the wedding intricacies, to have the peace of knowing the girls were in the best hands, was very comforting. Beth and Heather set up the scheduling and payment etc., flawlessly. They simplified the entire process, and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. The website is very user-friendly. Great choice on your behalf if you choose Peak City Puppy.
