VISTAS Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge is a great spot for a memorable night out. The views alone make it worth the visit—absolutely beautiful and the perfect backdrop for any occasion. The staff was wonderful throughout the experience, attentive, friendly, and made sure everything flowed smoothly. The setting itself is unique and adds to the overall vibe, making it feel a little more special than your typical night out. Overall, a solid experience and definitely a place I’d recommend checking out.

We got in without a reservation and glad we tried it out. My wife's vegetarian pasta with veggies was beautiful and delicious. My flank steak at medium rare was one of the best I've ever had. The plantain side was all that was needed as a side. Our service was exceptional and the 6th floor roof setting was a wonderful way to end the day. The music was a very pleasant added touch.

Vistas Ponce was a whole vibe 🔥 We were in town celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary and whew… Vistas did not disappoint. The views? Straight-up WOW. The food? Matched the energy perfectly. We kicked things off with the fried shrimp—crispy, flavorful, gone way too fast 😮‍💨. I highly recommend the Vistas pasta, absolutely slapped, no notes. My wife went with the meat lovers penne and that thing was packed and delicious. We were low-key debating bites the whole time 😂. Just when we thought we were done, they surprised us with dessert—molten chocolate cake with ice cream. Clutch move. 🍫🍨 Food on point, views on another level, amazing experience all around. This is that spot where the food actually lives up to the view. Anniversary approved. 💯

We drove all the way from Rincón just to experience this place, and it did not disappoint—absolutely worth the 1.5-hour drive. From the moment you arrive, everything feels seamless, including the valet parking, which is a huge plus given its prime location right in the heart of town. The restaurant sits directly in front of the iconic Parque de Bombas, and honestly, I had no idea how much life, culture, and energy Ponce had. There is so much happening around you—it made us fall in love with the area instantly. The name Vistas is perfect because it truly delivers views in every direction, and the rooftop is stunning—beautiful, vibrant, and the ideal place to soak it all in. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the trifongo, the salmon with gnocchi as an appetizer, and of course a mocktail—everything was flavorful, beautifully presented, and memorable. The service was spot on from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back—and next time, we’ll definitely stay in this area. We loved it, and the experience (and food!) was more than worth the drive.

Well. They sure got the name right!! I mean WOW… what a view! The food had great flavors & an adequate portion size. The service though… kinda slow. And although I do favor the server not “harassing” all night… there were many times that she should have come by to check on us as I stayed with an empty beer bottle for a long while (I had to ask a different server for one), my wife drank her mixed drink and stayed empty until she just wanted a bottled water at that point. When we completely finished our dessert, I actually timed it… 16 minutes before a different server had to be asked for the check. It was really weird. But… the food & atmosphere made up for it.
