Rockstar Lobster

We’ve been wanting to try out Thai food truck for some time and finally the stars aligned for us to meet them at Swan Brewery in Lakeland. Alex was beyond friendly helping us select a few things off the menu (I wanted to try EVERYTHING) and the prices… I was seriously shocked on how competitive they were with how everything has been going up lately. In 10 minutes we had our Main event roll, lobster cheese fries and fried lobster rolls. Guys, I cannot wait for their next stop and sorry Alex if we “stalk” you later this week!! If you love lobster, you gotta stop by this Rockstar Lobster food truck!!

Hands down the best lobster I’ve had since moving from New Hampshire to Florida! The food was not only hot and fresh, but the lobster itself tasted just like home! The owner and his helper are both extremely friendly and answered all of my questions! If you’re looking for authentic Maine lobster and a fun and welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go! They had a lot of non seafood items as well! I’ll definitely be following this truck around!

This food truck is the best out there. Alex makes the BESTTT lobster rolls everrr and everything else is also so delicious. The pizza rolls and garlic parm fries are perfect. He has a little bit of everything so your whole family can go out and enjoy it. Definitely try this place whenever it’s in your area. You will not be disappointed!!! I have had Rockstar Lobster’s food many times and I am always in love! The lobster macaroni is one of my absolute favorites and a must try! Plus the Maine lobster rolls are amazing, the lobster meat is very juicy and flavorful; and I’m obsessed with the toasted bun they use! Even better, the fried lobster rolls, absolutely to die for!! I recommend this place to everybody, you will not be disappointed!

Tried this for the first time, crab and lobster tacos were good the meat had flavor but felt it wasn’t worth the price. The tortillas were not fresh, more like just store bought, salsa also not fresh, tasted like salsa from Walmart. Only thing that tasted good was the crab and lobster meat. We tried the lobster mac and cheese and was pretty disappointed. Also overpriced, meat was fine but the macaroni noodles had no flavor and the cheese sauce was clearly not fresh or homemade and tasted like a canned cheese sauce.
