PetSmart

We have two recently adopted pups and we had no idea how they’d handle professional grooming. We let the groomer (Hannah) know we weren’t sure about their experience with grooming and they were super patient and willing to help. Our boy is a big strong dog and everything he does becomes the most exciting thing he’s ever done. So he is very wiggly and jumpy and they still managed to do his groom. Turns out the pups did great and neither of them seemed at all stressed when we picked them up. They were all tail wags and greeting everyone they met. Handing my dogs over to strangers is never not scary but we’ll definitely be back. Not to mention grooming counts towards points.

I love this PetSmart. They have excellent choices for dog food and cat food. They have pet clothing and leashes and much more. The employees are very helpful and the place is very clean. The prices are great. They always have sales. I'll bring my dog here to get her groomed. She loves it here. I will always come to this PetSmart. I highly recommend it.

i want to give Taylor (groomer) the biggest shout out everrr!!!!!!!!!! this is the second time I have brought my dog (goldenDoodle)to her and she does an amazing job!!!!!! she takes her time , listens to my concerns and explains everything to me. Plus my baby lovesss herrr !!!!! great energy !

And yet again this PetSmart mysteriously didn't have our appointment set up for today even though I booked it a month ago because we are moving from here to Washington State wanted to make sure our dog was clean before getting into a 6-day car drive All they could tell me over the phone is sorry we just don't have your appointment told me to go to Chester Oh and also our dogs rabies is up to date but they don't have any record of that even though we did put it in the system the last time he got groomed And because it's not in their system it's also not in the one for chester they checked it and told us we had to get a copy from our veterinary clinic they have done that multiple times where they don't input the information about the rabies cert into the system so every time we go in it becomes a big thing I've spoke to a manager twice and it still hasn't been remedied I don't recommend going to this PetSmart because they don't know how to run anything

Blythe* in the grooming salon at pet smart did an amazing job with my super anxious dog. We are very appreciative for her taking us in to finish clipping my pups last paw, since we tried and had no luck at banfield. Nevertheless, she was able to help us very quickly actually, felt like it took less than a minute really. Thank you!
