First red flag was the reception. I will never understand why people in the business of customer service would hire someone unfriendly, lacks warmth or seemingly unable to even pretend to have a basic genuine interest in said craft. My dog is a schnauzer and will be celebrating his 2 yr bday 24 Jan 🥳. All I could think…”if dogs could talk” because something wasn’t right. He’s bad, unruly and full sedation is what they recommend. We are new to the area from Seattle and we’ve never had an issue with the groomers, so it was quite alarming. If we felt uneasy at reception, I’m certain our pup was uncomfortable as well. We should have listened to our guts and our pups yelps. I still paid and was expected to pay full price for an unfinished cut. You read it here & you’ve been warned. Save your money, your time and perhaps your feelings of uneasiness thereafter. Total Money grab without experience!

It was Draco's first time going to a groomer. I was very pleased with how Beth answered all my questions with a friendly smile. She told me when I picked Draco up he does NOT like his nails clipped lol but gave me suggestions to break him into it to be less scared. Draco came with a cute bandana and smells AMAZING. 10/10 recommened and will be back for all my other pets. Draco is happy!

First dog I’ve owned personally, a Yorkie puppy that is now 7 months old and getting her first haircut because she was starting to look like a mop head. I randomly stop into That Pet Spot and they not only squeezed me in to an already full schedule before Christmas (I think it was the puppy’s kisses that convinced them), they did an awesome job and were so kind and patient with me and my very energetic pup. Way more thorough than I expected. I just wanted a quick trim around her face to make it through the holidays but they gave her a bath and trimmed everything. I barely recognized her! She looks so good! I cannot express how happy I am. This place has a customer as long as I own a pet.

Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable in their craft, and super accommodating. I ran behind by 15 minutes due to traffic and they still squeezed me in. Got my puppy back and he looked (and smelled) like a million bucks! From what I've witnessed, they handled my mom's terror of a Yorkie like it was child's play when all other groomers turned her away for being too wild to handle. They also juggled my nervous Chihuahua mix just fine on his visit too, which honestly surprised me. I'm absolutely sold on their service from this point forward. Petco and PetSmart are okay, but sometimes you just need to go to standalone businesses that specialize in the art of grooming, especially for certain breeds or temperaments.
