The best grooming place! I bring my dog Sam here for his grooming, teeth cleaning, and nail trims. He absolutely loves it here and always comes home so happy! Everyone is so nice and takes great care of him. Highly recommend! 🐶❤️

Showed photos with instructions on what cut to perform on my schnauzer to two staff members this morning. 1st visit. Very friendly but did not listen . Ended up with yet another teddy bear hair cut and bushy eyebrows. Waited 2 months prior to bringing him in to shape the brows forward as it's the breed standard. When discussing this with the staff they agreed and I left. Came back to a puppy /teddy cut. I don't know how much more clear with the initial consultation I can be. Showed photos , pointed to specifics on the photo and my dog. Even his beard is far too short and not following the lines that are common to breed. Belly skirt shaved off, facial features and furnishings flattened. This shouldn't be so difficult. I hoped at this higher price point the results would have be significantly better than other places around here. 105.00 including tip for a clipper buzz... Also upon further inspection of his groin it would appear they used dull clippers and burned his thigh, wounded skin tags and told me nothing about it . Now I have to go to the vet to verify. Very unprofessional. Anyone that reads this and knows of a schnauzer groomer that is competent please reach out to me. First two photos is after grooming, last photo shows the over grown prior so they had enough to work with.

Ashlyn gave our toy poodle the best grooming she has ever had! We are so happy with the price too. It's a cute store for dog food, treats, etc. So happy we found this pet spa!

Arrived promptly for my appt with my new dog. Lady at the desk seemed to not know we had an appt. I explained I was there for the first time with this particular dog and she asked if I brought shot records. I did not, because I made the appointment weeks ago and nobody requested them. I also have another dog who I have been bringing to the salon for a long time and have never provided UTD shot records. I told them to never mind about the appointment and proceeded to leave as I had a meeting to get to (typically drop off there is pretty quick). I did not complain, I simply walked away. The lady began to yell, laugh and repeat at my back "it's only a phone call, it's only a phone call" as I am walking out the door. It was very odd and rude behavior, like she was trying to start an argument with me and would not let it go. If it's only a phone call, how come it wasn't made to me prior to the appointment asking for the shot records?

My boys couldn’t be happier! The staff was amazing! They were so patient with me being a new client and a worried fur mom of a puppies first visit! I was asking a ton of questions and the Downtown NPR new location staff was absolutely so kind, so patient, and did an absolute phenomenal job with both Ash and Rex!!!! They honored all my request, Rex did so good for his first time and came out a happy boy no negative take aways for his first groom, and Ash’s groom came out Pinterest worthy!!!! If you are taking your dogs to get groomed ANYWHERE ELSE STOP! You need to take the here to or the Dowtown NPR location! I would drive hours if I had to get these results and to get them right here in my backyard is amazing! Thank you and we will be forever clients!!!!! To both groomers that did both my boys THANK YOU SO INCREDIBLY MUCH for giving both of them such gracious experiences somewhere new! You both are so talented, and I truly hope you stay here for a long time because it’s groomers and admin staffing that you have here that make businesses last!!!! P.s. BEST PRICING IVE PAID IN OVER 8 YEARS FOR DOODLE CUTS!!! (and no my doodles were not matted so if the pricing is different for your doodle please note mine were not matted. All of us need to be responsible pet parents and brush our dogs)
