Came to purchase a ball python for my daughters, a worker was helping a family ahead of us which was understandable and took 35 minutes getting them the equipment they needed. Waited patiently hoping she would at least offer to hold one of the snakes we were considering while helping the other customers but completely ignored us. Other staff ignored us as well. Patience only lasts so long until you give up which is what we did. Really a shame too because the store is clean and the animals appeared healthy. They lost an $800 sale. Went to herps hobby instead in oldsmar and got amazing service and our girls got their python. If you want to be ignored to go Pasco county reptiles, if you want amazing service and helpful staff go to Herps.

I've known the owner, Phil, since 2017. I've watched him and Angie grow from the ground up! I reached out a few weeks back about a red monster bearded dragon and he was just as helpful as always and I was able to set a goal. Today I finally had the money and made the 1.5 hour drive to the Pasco location. What a beautiful, clean, well organized store! Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Quinton got me all set up with everything I needed for my little dragon. There was so many neat critters to check out while we were there and every single animal enclosure was beautifully decorated, full of enrichment, clean water, fresh food, and healthy animals everywhere! I didn't expect any less from Phil and Angie but I truly am so impressed by what I experienced today. I 1000% recommend them and their store locations!

Best Pet Shop In The Area! Everything is setup and organized so well! The wall of live animals is very impressive. All the animals seemed very happy and well taken after. The live selection for feeding your pets is very impressive. They have such a large variety of animals. Including cats, birds, guinea pigs, micro squirrels, sugar gliders, reptiles, amphibians, spiders, scorpions, fish etc. All the staff were very polite and professional. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. We're very blessed to have them in our community.

We had such a wonderful experience visiting this pet store! I brought my three kids to look at the reptiles, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable from the moment we walked in. The store itself is pristine...very clean, smells great, and you can tell the animals are genuinely happy and well cared for. Special shoutout to Manny (I hope I’m spelling that right!) for being so patient with us. He took the time to answer all our questions, helped us understand the responsibility that comes with reptile ownership, and even let us safely hold a few of the reptiles we were interested in. His knowledge and calm approach made the experience so enjoyable and educational for my kids. If you’re looking for a place with healthy, happy animals and a team that truly cares, this is absolutely the go-to exotic pet shop. Highly recommend!

This is the best per store been too..been coming here since Dec the only pet store I will ship at..I've bought enclosures, gargoyle gecko, crested geckos, leopard geckos, tarantulas, jumping spiders,my feeders everything...Phil and his wife the owners are so kind...also there staff is so amazing that's another reason I keep coming back bre and Allison are so kind and always there to greet u with a smile and help u with ur needs and pets needs ...I highly recommend this store .they truly care about there pets and there customers...wish I could give 10 star review..but there whole staff is incredible James Steph everyone that works there I can't thank u all enough...I won't shop anywhere else.... definitely check em out guys you won't be disappointed....
