I appreciate the buy 10 get the next bag of dogfood at no charge . Love that they now have groomers and a SelfWash dog wash! If there's anything you need while bathing your own dog, they are right with you to set up or help get your dog into the tub. They already switched over the water hose to being more manageable in your hand. They don't require a bunch of vaxx's either to be able to bring your dog in for wash . They have adoption days and work with a mobile vet and cover a lot of areas for your pets. I appreciate the way they interact with guests and fellow co-workers. This is a great place to go! My dog likes going in there to shop, altho not thrilled to get baths anymore. I give the Edina Southdale store 5 stars,!

Lizzy was an absolute fount of knowledge when helping me the other day. I hit the jackpot coming into the store looking for new cat food and meeting her. I was so completely tired of online research and in my short time with her I feel really confident in choosing Yeti’s new food. How wonderful that it’s local, too! The staff here is always stand out, it’s really something. What a happy place to be.

This place is one of the friedliest pet stores in town. They are all so friendly and informative. Food return experience was great coz i have a picky eater. I was worried that they wouldnt accept open bags but no questions were asked and i was able to just get a new bag of food. I only get my dog's ear cleaning and hair plucking here. Always satisfied =)

What great service here at C&D’s. Need special or great food for your pets, this is the place. All pets should get good food too. From the time I walked in the door to checkout, everyone delivered GREAT customer service! Love the selection and with the well organized store, it’s easy to find what you are looking for!
