Aqualand Aquarium Center

It's been over 20yrs since returning back to this place since getting in and out of the fish hobby. What a lovely place to look around and shop. The fish selection is huge and there is something for everyone. There is also a very large selection of hard goods as well. The staffs (02/24/26 - I forget the names) there were warm and welcoming. Will definitely be returning and visiting their sister site. (bought 2 panda parrots)

I had an amazing experience learning about the various tropical fish, their prices, and all the supplies that come along with this amazing hobby. The customer service was great and the staff allowed me to just roam around freely. I brought my two year-old daughter here and we had a blast together.

Aqualand was our go to store years ago. We have returned Aqualand for the new startup. John and his staff show true passion for aquarium enthusiasts. From hobby novice to seasoned curator they treat everyone as a valued customer.

This place is a disgrace. Many of the tanks were filthy and caked with grime. Dead fish in several of the tanks. Huge fish in small tanks. It's very clear they don't care about the welfare of the animals. If you care about animals and fish stay away.

After recently touring all of the primo fish stores in the Twin Cities, I have to say that this place might be my #1. It was spotless and smelled very clean. It's huge inside, airy, and well laid out (didn't feel claustrophobic). All of the fish, turtles, and aquatic plants there looked to be happy and thriving. Great selection and customer service.
