I don't know her name but she did a wonderful job on my baby.

Great selection of products and it's closest to our house, but one employee Morgan has ruined this store for us and now we'll drive farther to get more friendly service. She is very rude and unhelpful.

Great staff, great selection & excellent prices! I love this Petco. The staff helped me sign up for their rewards program and have even called customer service for me to fix a problem with one of my rewards. I can find everything I need for my cats here easily, and there's a fantastic selection of treats and kitty accessories for when I'm looking for something special. With their rewards program I'm able to save on litter & food, while also accumulating points that earn $5 off vouchers for next time. All of it is easy to access and understand on my phone. Stop in the next time you need something for your furry (or scaled or feathered) family members!

Didn’t have the kind of food I use in the largest bag like always. They always carried it before. Salespeople said only salmon in big bags now. Very disappointed. I don’t have time for shipping. Not sure what I will do now. My dog has allergies. And I’m feeding two dogs I need a large bag.

I’m a regular customer at this Petco and have always had great experiences until today. Unfortunately, my interaction with an employee named Morgan was extremely unprofessional and rude. I’ve genuinely never been treated so poorly in a retail setting. The way she spoke to me was inappropriate and unacceptable, and it completely changed my perception of the store. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.
