10/10 experience! I brought my dog in for nail trimming and grooming, and he has a lot of anxiety. The owners were incredibly patient and took the time to calm and socialize with him right away. It was a huge relief to have the owners personally involved and genuinely focused on meeting my dog’s needs. After a traumatic experience at PetSmart, I was worried about how he would react, but they handled him so well. They were able to trim his nails and groom him without him panicking or flipping out. I’m extremely grateful for their care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

First thing, this was my first time ever coming to this business. Its a family own business. Please call ahead and ask questions and see if they are open( Dont just asume). I have a australian sheppard who sheds alot (6 year old) very picky and I have a sheppard mix (3 year old) who does not like certain places. Both of them were adopted from shelters. They loved being there my Sheppard mix is a cryer for everything but he didnt cry once because he felt comfortable, my older dog is more of a vibe dog and he usually feels when a person is bad. My older dog loved the owner. The owner is amazing, since it was my first time he showed me how to use the equipment and explaining how the stuff work and warming up time it takes with details. The business provided shampoo for sensitive skin, normal shampoo, shampoo and conditioner 2 in 1. For 30$ a month amazing price if you compare it to other places. with no limit time. They offer free coffee, water and drinks for memberships. Come on lets be honest when have you seen a business do that. The owner was so awesome that when i went my daughter forgot to roll up the window and he realized and had an eye on my car making sure no one gets in or steals anything. Plus after i finished cleaning up my dogs one of my Dogs pooped and I didnt realized I didnt have any bags available, and he gift me with a whole roll of bags so I can clean up my dogs poop. for all the bad comments show evidence and receipts for the claims you do that this place is bad. FOR EVERYONE GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY THIS PLACE IS AMAZING AND WITH GOOD PRICES FOR THEIR SERVICES OR DOING IT YOURSELF. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!. Plus make sure you listen to the instruction or if you have any question ask the owner, he is very kind and will be willing to help you out if you need it. My dogs havent thrown a single hair ever since I showered them. And that says alot cuz It has never happened. My wife thought I buzzed my older dog thats how clean and well brushed he came out from there.

Best Place I’ve been to since I’ve been in Palmdale. Talk about patient; worth the wait. I’m gonna enjoy the self wash station the most because my dogs like to run around and I don’t have to clean my shower. I like that it’s Family owned. And I like that they answer when I call. My dog Kobe was very hairy, had a several matted spots, and you know how dogs are about their feet. Kobe trust this place now. See you guys again real soon. Thank You.

can't believe this place is even allowed to operate. I took two dogs there-both have been groomed many times elsewhere with zero issues-and this is how they were returned to me. Their excuse was that my dog "wasn't cooperating," yet they cut my dog and caused bleeding, then claimed the dog arrived that way. My other dog looked like they didn't even touch it, and I have clear before-and-after photos to prove it. The "unlimited wash" is also a scam; I showed up during their posted business hours, and they weren't even open. These people simply do not know how to handle dogs, so be aware. They'll even tell you to bring your dog back for a "free fix" just so they can attempt to cover up their sloppy work. The customer before me even received their dog back still soaking wet.

This place is awesome since day one when they opened in October Rose and Avo have been nothing but nice and friendly. They understanding why ive signed up for the selfwash and its cool that they provide everything from shampoo, conditioner, cologne and blow dryers. For a very low fee, my dogs are very nervous and scared due to another groomer hurting them. So for this place to offer selfwash is amazing. Its family oriented and a great place to to get all my dogs needs. I love how Rose even trims my dogs nails since its all included with the selfwash. I signed up for the membership for my three dogs, I take them every week for a low monthly price. Its like a carwash for dogs..lol thank you Rose and Avo you got yourself a customer for life. I appreciate you always making it work out togo in when I need to...My family members and friends have started going too and have gotten the full service of grooming as well for boarding there fur babies when there going out of town..
