Pets In Style Grooming

Amazing experience! This was my 1st time here and I will definitely be back again. I brought my long haired dachshund to be groomed by Veronica, the owner, and she left my boy looking absolutely so dapper! From the moment I walked into the shop, the front desk, Claudia, was BEYOND friendly. She’s very knowledgeable, communicative, and extremely warm! I felt happy and safe with bringing my doggy there. Then he was taken by his groomer and an hour later, he was a whole new boy! Happy wags, lots of kisses, and happy mommy! 10/10 recommend this shop! I will definitely be back again and make the drive from the San Fernando Valley to Palmdale! You will not be disappointed in this wonderful shop!

I am grateful to everybody at Pets In Style Grooming, particularly the lady at the front desk. She was really nice and made us feel comfortable and welcome. She accommodated us with a same-day appointment. I took in my 3 babies, and they did an excellent job. I love how they both look will definitely be coming back. I brought my dogs to this groomer with a very clear timeline. I dropped them off at 12 p.m. and was promised they’d be ready by 4:30 p.m. because I had a movie to catch shortly after. Unfortunately, that promise was not kept. They told me afterward that another groomer had an emergency and left, but that doesn’t justify what happened. They should have reached out to me as soon as they knew they couldn’t meet the promised time. As a result, I missed my movie, which was incredibly frustrating. Even worse, one of my dogs was returned only 80% done—not fully groomed or fluffed. While the other dog was done well, the inconsistency and lack of professionalism were just unacceptable. I’m giving them one star because you simply can’t return a pet unfinished and fail to communicate a delay. It’s just wrong. I’ve attached pics. You’ll see the difference.

This was our first time going, and we wish we would have known about this place sooner! They were so nice and gentle with our nervous boy. It really made us feel comfortable the entire time. Our groomer made sure Bones was adjusting, and kept praising him and reassuring him. Everyone there was so friendly, and they really made you feel like they care about your fur babies. While we were there they interacted with other clients and dogs that were dropped off, and remembered them, which let us know they get to know everyone regardless if it’s your first time or your 50th time. We’ll be bringing our boy more often, now that we found groomers we can trust will care for him and his quirks.

Love, love, love…. Awesome service the ladies are so sweet, friendly and kind to my fur babies. Prices are very reasonable compared to 3 other places I’ve tried. Also love that they make appointments that work with my schedule. I definitely recommend “Jannet” she does amazing job🥰
