My dog Bougie has been comming here for over 3 years. He loves this place. He literally sits and stares at me until I get him in the car to go. He is always super happy to go and loves the staff. We have had a few problems with him getting sick from a intestinal problem he has and the staff have been super helpful keeping and extra eye on him to make sure he was feeling ok. They even abide by the restrictions he has with what he eats. I feel very safe leaving him with this staff and feel that they all treat him like their own. Thank you for taking such good care of my spoiled brat.

My dog loves coming here every week day for doggy day care. She can play all day to release all her energy & I get sleepy snuggles in the evening. Works out great after working all day. I also had her nails clipped here & it's the best nail clip she's had. The staff do a great job & are so friendly. I've had no issues at all here & would highly recommend.

My almost 2yo GSP has been going to APC day care daily for 9 months now. He loves the staff and all the special treats and events they put on, like ice cream days, pics with Santa and more. The day care membership is the best price I have seen by far when comparing to other facilities near by. APC offers large yards, a small pool area and nice large kennels for rest time. I would definitely recommend APC if you are looking for doggie day care!

The staff was very friendly and followed directions appropriately. The only thing I would recommend is not charging separately for photos updates as most Pet parents feel that this is something that should be included. If there were more cameras in the kennels, I would also have been more comfortable, but overall the staff made me feel that my dogs were going to be well taken care of

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. On July 30, 2025, I dropped Charlie off at daycare—a happy, healthy pup. When I picked him up, he was shaking, stiff, and looked like he was going to faint while walking. No one from Advantage contacted me or acknowledged the distress he was in. I took him home, observed him for just 10 minutes (thinking it was a dehydration issue), and saw that he couldn’t stand correctly and was sitting abnormally in pain. I rushed him to the emergency vet, where X-rays revealed a herniated disc in his spine. Let me be clear: Charlie was perfectly fine that morning. Whatever happened—whether he jumped wrong, was injured by another dog, or was mishandled—happened under their care. They refuse to release video footage that could help clarify what happened. If you assume they have full camera coverage—they don’t. I asked the manager to review the lobby footage from when I brought Charlie back inside when I noticed he yelped when I picked him up in the parking lot to get in my car. The manager stated they don’t have cameras in the parking lot or lobby. Ironic. Side note: I was distracted by the front desk employee during Charlie’s handover that I did not notice the distress he was in until we walked outside. The lobby is very small so it was only 3-4 steps to the door. I was talking to the employee all the way up to the point of the door shutting. The dogs are also placed in a shack/shelter building from around 3:30 p.m. to pickup—with no cameras at all. Anything could’ve happened there. We tried to contact the manager for three+ days with no response. When we finally did reach her, she told us: “My personal time is my personal time.” She refused to give corporate contact info and told us they will reach out. It’s been weeks. Still no contact from corporate. Charlie had to undergo emergency spinal surgery to remove the damaged disc. The neurologist says it’s unlikely he will ever walk again. My playful dog is now paralyzed—and the facility that was supposed to protect him is completely uncooperative and shows no accountability. Please do not trust Advantage Pet Center with your pets. If something traumatic happens to your fur baby under their care, they will: • Not communicate • Not assist • Not take responsibility This is neglect. This is unacceptable. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE. I wish I could post videos because it sickening and painful to watch this everyday and they don’t care.
