Such an awesome place! Everyone here is super friendly and you can tell they truly love dogs. The place was clean, fun, and had plenty of space for the dogs to play and relax. I loved getting updates and knowing my dog was happy and well taken care of. When I picked them up, they were calm, healthy, and clearly had a great time. I’ll definitely be bringing my dog back and recommending this place to others!

I was not going to write a review but I feel compelled to. Last month we boarded our Yorkie for a long weekend. When we went to pick her up, they put her bed in a plastic bag and when we got home and pulled it out it was wet. Her other bed had diarrhea spots on it. The lady told us she smelled because of her long hair. I know there are positive reviews but this was not positive for our dog.

I brought my 1-year old Bichon here for the first time since I heard good things about the daycare. He is 17 lbs so he was placed in the toy room. I was surprised to see while using the toy room camera how depressing that room was; there were no toys, no access for the dogs to go outside and no human interaction. The dogs in the room were either sleeping or staring at the walls. After 20 minutes of watching my dog bark and not receive any stimulation I picked him up. When I saw him he was covered in urine; all four paws and half way up his legs. My dog is all white so you could notice it right away. His fur was yellow. Now I understand you can’t control all the dogs going to the bathroom everywhere. My problem was that they couldn’t take the time to quickly wipe his paws before handing him off to me. My dog is very important to me and I felt like he deserved more respect.

Our pets are part of the family, and I wouldn’t be dropping ours off here if it wasn’t a five-star place. We have an extremely energetic dog, and the staff genuinely loves her. On a recent boarding stay when she wasn’t feeling well, they kept in close contact with us and made sure she was cared for. My wife always books a room with the live camera, which is a great peace-of-mind feature. In short, Paws Inn Paradise is a truly worry-free option for us, and we trust them completely with our pup.

Paws Inn Paradise is an outstanding place! It’s always spotless and smells fresh when you walk in, and the staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about the animals. I’ve taken my dog there multiple times for daycare and once for boarding, and he has received nothing but the best care. They have constant surveillance in all daycare areas, and every time I check in for peace of mind, I see all the dogs being well cared for, with at least one attentive staff member present often actively engaging and playing with them rather than just watching from the side. My dog always has the best time and gets so excited to go. When I boarded him overnight, I loved having camera access and appreciated how well they followed my requests, giving him a late-night snack and walk. When I picked him up, he was happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. I’ve also used their grooming services for baths and nail trims, and even though my dog can be a bit difficult, they did an amazing job. I have also had my grandparents leave their dog there for daycare after having a poor experience at a different boarding facility and when they picked that it was amazing and they shared all the same opinions I did. I highly recommend Paws Inn Paradise because they truly care about your pets, making it completely guilt-free to leave them in their hands!
