Very helpful and attentive during my urgent care visit

The doctors are so caring and respectful. I don't feel like they are trying to upsell or overcharge me like other vet practices. My dog needed a procedure after I had been out of work for 3 months amd money was very tight, and they offered a full spectrum of treatment options instead of "pet parent shaming" me for not choosing the top of the line, latest and greatest treatment. Together, we chose a viable, less invasive and less expensive option, and they treated my furry boy and me with kindness and respect. They are my new vet's office of choice!

Such an amazing staff that works here. From the moment you call to make an appointment, to the final checkout process, they make you feel so comfortable and confident in their abilities. They are extremely patient with the animals, and will take whatever time is needed to answer all of your questions. Been going here for 12 years, and cannot imagine us going any where else

Dr. Heathcock and staff did an amazing job as we had three dogs and two cats together for their annual visits.

Wonderful, compassion staff. My girl Ginger had to be put to sleep. While I knew that would be the answer, it was still difficult to hear. They went above and beyond to help make this as less stressful as they could. God Bless them.
