Dr. Robin Bertke and staff were quite busy with patients and showed great patience and professionalism, all while maintaining a great work flow. 100% would recommend.

Prompt, kind, courteous. Vet personnel kept a sense of humor amidst the organized chaos. Never received text notification since the system insists that my TSC landline number supersedes my cell number and doesn't want to admit otherwise even when prompted. Cat took the pandemonium like a champ.

I was not happy with this service at this time. Normally, I have really liked Vet this time. My dog was quick while getting a nail trim. Also, when they did a heartworm test, she cried out and jerked because when they put the needle in, they didn’t get it in right. The second job on the other side was successful. I thought it was very overpriced for what I got. Normally when I come, I get a series of shots and fecal test.. This time I only got a heartworm test and nail trimming, and it was the same price as when I came and got all the other things before.

The staff was super friendly and very understanding. They took care of my two cats quickly, and were experts at what they were doing. Highly recommend these people!
