Baby G was our beautiful 19-year-old cat who was slowly but surely entering her end-of-life phase. It was getting to the point where we truly just wanted our pet to go peacefully at home, even if it meant euthanizing at home. But like many pet owners face, her time began coming more rapidly than we expected, and we did not want our pet to suffer any more. So we made the heartbreaking decision to euthanize, though we were terrified. My husband has had multiple cats over the years, and his family has had very traumatic experiences with the process in the past — cats being taken away quickly with very little time to say goodbye, or going from thinking everything was okay to suddenly receiving a call that their pet was gone. The process of being able to say goodbye to Baby G that the team at InstaVet gave us was truly a dream come true. It allowed us to say goodbye in the way she deserved, and in the way we needed — surrounded by loved ones, family members who had known her since she was a kitten, and new friends she had made over the years, including me. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly respectful, kind, and supportive. They were so sweet with Baby G. On the way there she had unfortunately pooped because she was really not well, and they were so understanding. They handed us cleaning supplies so we could gently clean her and allow her to go with dignity. That moment meant more than they probably realize. They offered us something incredibly healing in a very painful moment. Through their care, we now understand that it is possible to have a peaceful, beautiful end-of-life experience for a beloved pet. And I want to mention something important — their services were also very affordable. This is coming from people who realistically could only afford the free euthanasia services at places like the ASPCA. Sadly, those experiences in the past had sometimes been very traumatic for my husband’s family. The staff at InstaVet, and especially Dr. Gonzalez, handled the entire process with such compassion and professionalism. From beginning to end, they were amazing. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. I also know that animal care workers are facing an incredibly difficult time right now. There are so many animals in need, not enough homes, not enough resources, and the costs of caring for animals keep rising. I hope every single staff member there knows how deeply appreciated they are. We left today feeling something we did not expect in such a painful moment — closure and gratitude. I briefly thanked them when we left, but I wanted to thank them again here. Had the most amazing experience at InstaVet, they really looked out for my Estrellita who needed an emergency life-saving surgery. They were able to work with us and fit us in last minute to help her. They have great attention to detail and the prices are fair, they only make you pay for what you agree to do, unlike other places who try to take advantage of you during an emergency. They treated my dog with such love and care every step of the way, definitely highly recommended to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for saving our baby!!

Truly amazing and compassionate care, WORTH EVERY PENNY! After my cat was misdiagnosed with feline herpes TWICE at another clinic, I brought her here, and the difference in care was immediate. The nurse noticed right away that my cat wasn’t breathing properly and quickly placed her on oxygen. The doctor wasted no time in explaining what he suspected, and after an echocardiogram, he discovered a large tumor. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything — how the heart works, what the results meant, and even showed us a YouTube video of a healthy echocardiogram so we could understand the difference. His knowledge, patience, and compassion truly stood out. I believe his name was Li ? (Sorry im not sure) They were also transparent and professional, every single change in treatment or cost came with an updated invoice before proceeding, something my previous vet never did. When it came time to say goodbye to my beloved cat Sasha, the nurses were incredibly kind and gentle, making sure we didn’t have to wait and could be with her right away. It may cost more than a regular vet, but the level of care, honesty, and compassion made it absolutely worth it. I’ll forever be grateful to this team for helping my baby and for treating her and me with such genuine care. 💜 Rest in peace Sasha!

Speaking in all honesty, this place is an absolute life saver!! My baby Kayla was limping, and as a teen taking care of a dog, I was looking for somewhere that was reputable— but also wouldn’t break the bank. I found InstaVet, and they gave me 30 dollars off coming here for the first time. (Not to mention the prices were not as bad as other urgent vets) I took her here, and Dr. Elbert Chow and everyone else who had helped me and my Kayla were so kind, helpful, and insightful. You can really see that everyone knows what they’re doing, and that they truely care about animals. He gave me medication for my pup and now shes doing amazing (they also offered me another check up exam incase something else was wrong) definitely recommend this place!!

I highly recommend instavet! Everyone from their front desk staff, vet tech Julian and Dr. Chow were friendly, forthright and professional and really care about your pet! I have two cats named Koffee (7 years old) and Donut (10 years old) who are healthy but haven’t gone to a vet in seven years! As they are getting up in age I wanted to be proactive and give them both a wellness check and my senior cat a full senior screening and bloodwork. I had a wonderful experience as they were able to accommodate both my pets at the same time; there was no waiting around, and the facilities were comfortable, modern and clean! They have an awesome promotion right now for a complimentary wellness exam for one pet on weekdays between 12:00pm-3:00pm and I took advantage of that and I’m so grateful they didn’t upsell me on a lot of extra services, procedures or products but gave me good recommendations. I just switched over my vet to instavet and I look forward to bringing my cat babies there for years to come! Thanks so much instavet!
