(from Google)I love dr. Cooke and his staff is top notch. A bit pricey but I think they all are. Thanks Doc for saving Mo and helping me out. 💖
I switched vets because after using them a few times they didn't give good care to my dog, and they never answer the phone or return voice messages. They use old school methods when doing procedures and surgeries that are no longer recommended.
Wonderful kind staff. They really care about the Amimals and are so kind and caring. Thanks to thire care my cats are beautiful & healthy.
After taking my cat to another vet where they didnt treat her well, i found Cooke's and its been amazing. The gals in the office are amazing and the doctor is the absolute best. After 3 months of infection, they figured out what it was and got her the meds she needs within a week. This vet has been a life saver. Literally. 5 stars and I highly recommend this Vet for your pet's needs.
Great people to work with. Staff is very friendly, sometimes overcrowded in the lobby. You can wait for a while even with an appointment. They never answer the phone ever and leave a message. They call you back 1 to 2 days later. I don't think that's professional at all. You'd have to drive down there if you want to get an answer right away. I think they can change that and give a better service to their customers. Every business that I call someone is there to answer the phone, not a recording when they're actually sitting there in front of the phone. The doctor is very good. He's very knowledgeable and very friendly. 7-month-old boxer had a good experience with Cook's veterinary
