2025.05.26 morning, 06:45 arrived at the Trailhead off 930 Chancellor Park Drive for a walk; ~5+ mi Loop: Toby Creek Greenway > N Tryon St . Along the Greenway, only encountered a Jogger, and enjoyed the bird singings. The Greenway was nice and clean; as were the residences, and streets in the neighborhood. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Lot 27(Google Maps location) is where you park for this trail. Parking is free. The trail itself is well-maintained, and we encountered a lot of bikers during our hike. Toby Creek Greenway is a part of the Carolina Threads trail, and it goes through UNC, Charlotte. The trail was clean and not too busy on the Sunday afternoon when we visited. There are a lot of side paths to get lost in nature. You can easily spend 2-3 hours exploring the trail. The flora and fauna is quite interesting too. We saw a lot of people with dogs too. I highly recommend this trail in Charlotte.

I love running on this greenway! Some places smell a little funky because of the sewers, but other than that I would highly recommend!

Wonderful bike trail. Long rides to be had by all. There are plenty of side paths as well from the main trail to allow for plenty of extra mileage. Paved and very well taken care of.
