A great place to seek help when other vets in the south are closed.

Horrible customer service and lack of empathy. I went yesterday with my very sick dog around 8:40(aka 20 mins before closing time) only to find the door half closed. I knocked on the door since the lights were on and still people inside, no answer. Called them and asked them to see my dog, their exact words were “No we cant since we already closed the register”. Ok so let me get this straight, you are the ONLY emergency vet open in ALL of the south and you purposely decide to close early because “the last patient coming in was at 7pm”. I asked them where I could take my dog since they refused me service and said “you could go to Caguas”(1+ hr drive). And also, they didn’t even have the minimum decency to ask what was even wrong with my dog. I guess thats vets of PR for you. Greedy and lack of empathy through the roof. (Response) This was all in phone since they wouldn’t open the door. I was able to get my dog medical care no thanks to your staff.

Excellent place. The personal is very professional and kind. Very clean environment and they make you feel secure that your pet is in good hands.

They took good care of my dog, but it’s expensive.
