Animal Clinic of Bay Ridge

I'm so grateful an affordable and kind vet exists in my neighborhood. I have searched far and wide for a good and affordable vet--even across state line and just the exam fee was close to or above $100. How can anyone pay for all the other things you need after that? I believe the visit here was around 35, with some vaccines around the same. They have a price list and you can call in advance. They open 8:30 a.m. so the earlier you sign in, the sooner you are seen (you can't book in advance). I usually go on Saturdays and sign in by 10am, drive back home and they call me when Im next, so somewhere around 3/4pm I go back. I have only seen Dr. Ibrahim with her staff and she loves animals. She does not rush you and explains everything and will even make time for you on the phone to talk about issues or exam results and she's so empathetic. She gave me some samples today on my way out that helped make my visit even more affordable. There are other low cost-programs in NYC for pets, but wait list is super long and sometimes the pricing isn't far off from this clinic. At least, I know I can walking, sign up, and come back. You can't wait for weeks when your pet is sick. I love this place all around and plan to stick with them. They never nickel and dime you and don't try to sell you this and that. They just want to help you and your pet in the ways you need and I appreciate that. Everyone is super kind and I have only had positive experiences. Highly recommend!

Dr.ibrahaim and her staff are attentive and very helpful. She takes her time and always listens to your concerns. Been with them for years with both my dogs. Place is always busy but if you leave them your number they will call you when your one customer away. Excellent 👍

Went here before for both my dog and cat. Not only are their prices affordable, but their staff are super kind and accommodating! Wait times can be a bit daunting if you're coming from far, but when you're inside they do everything they can for you and your pets, especially when dealing with their final moments. Can't thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality!

I really appreciate the care and professionalism at Animal Clinic of Bay Ridge. Dr. Ibrahim actually seems to care about the animals she sees, which is rare these days. She gives honest, well-rounded advice and doesn’t just try to take your money like some other places. You can tell she’s in it for the right reasons. The whole team is great, and every time I’ve gone, I’ve felt like my pet was in good hands. They’re walk-in only, so you have to sign in when you get there, which is something to keep in mind, especially when it’s busy! They’ve been around forever and are a neighborhood staple with honest pricing, so a wait is worth it. If you’re looking for a solid, trustworthy vet who will give you good advice without the sales tactics, this is the place.

Today I took Ashley to Animal Clinic of Bay Ridge, I called ahead and I was told that I didn't need to make an appointment, that I could just walk in before 4 pm. I got there around 3:00 pm waited around 2 hours because there was a long waiting list, that was the only down part, around 5 pm Ashley was seen by a very kind Vet, her name is Dr. Ninette Ibrahim and she has a great team working with her. Ashley was diagnosed with skin allergy and was given 3 shots, the service was very attentive and excellent, the consultation was 25 and for the e shots Ashley received totaled $178 dollars. I highly recomend this place.
