(from Google)Best beach in PR we visited. Very clean water, gold sand, Long Beach for take a walk. Clean restrooms and outdoor showers. Parking lots wasn’t busy during weekdays. People are so friendly.
Okay on a rainy day. Not sure how clear the water will look when there is sun. But it is clean! Be aware of the tiny sand mosquitos. Quite annoying to have your ankles and arms all red without even realizing. Hotels in the area do offer free insect creams that prevent it.
Nice place to feel the breeze. Bring your sandals to the shore, the sand is scorching hot! Refreshing clear water soft current for the kids. Accessible $5 parking. Never park on the sand, wildlife is highly protected. Lifeguards are polite and tourist friendly.
Very nice beach. You can rent an umbrella for $15 and chairs for $10. The water is perfect not too cold. No seaweed and the sand is soft. Recommend you eat at the Alambique beach lounge right by the beach.
Came here back in 2016 to this location I need to add that this is one of the best beaches close to San Juan area. This is a good beach for relaxing to take in the sun. The water here is clear with a nice turquoise color and most of the times it's clam. It's very good for swimming. As for snorkeling, you can see a few fish here and there but not the ideal spot for that activity. As for post hurricane Maria, I'm not sure what the situation is like these days.
