I cannot say enough nice things about this veterinary hospital! We have taken both our dogs now for routine check ups and medical visits and every single time the staff has been kind, knowledgable and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure your pets are taken care of and they are clear in what they're recommending and why. They take the time to walk you through all of your options and don't try to upsell you or perform any services they don't truly believe your pet needs. Dr. Chapman and Dr. Martin are both fantastic and I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the front desk staff who is always smiling! This is the best vet clinic I've been to in years.

We’ve recently switched to this hospital within the last year for his check ups and vaccinations. Over the past few weeks we’ve had to bring him due to anxiety and ear infection. The front staff, vet techs and the doctor are all amazing, friendly, welcoming and thorough with their treatment! So far our experience has been great :-)

Took our Sadie (senior beagle) to check on why she was still scooting days after having her glands expressed. The tech and vet were super great with Sadie getting an exam. Got diagnosed and was on our way home within an hour. Sadie is doing great! This was our first visit and the facility is very well kept and everyone there super nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Made an appointment for our indoor/outdoor cat. We were offered an appointment for the next day. No disclosure of appointment price, later I read online that first visit is free. Well, we were not offered that at all. Read on, it gets better: we disclose that our cat has a temper and that has not been vaccinated in two years. The tech or vet do not say anything, then they ask questions check the cat and let us handle our animal in THEIR OFFICE. Our cat gets super nervous at the new place and scratches me. After the fact, the doctor says that they need to report the incident to the local rabbis control authorities. They let us leave and tell us to keep the cat home for 10 days. In the mean while, we are told by the authorities that the cat needs to be quarantined at a vet clinic and we need to pay for it. So…. Why were we not warned to let the tech and vet handle the cat to avoid any public scratches (the cat is moody and has scratched us many times at home) that will need to be reported? Why were we allowed to leave the clinic if the cat was supposed to be quarantined right there? The tech and doctor just don’t seem to know the local laws. This situation could have been avoided. I went to get my cat vaccinated and checked out, not to stress the animal so that he could scratch me. Now hue will have to stay at the expensive vet for 10 days. What a mess! Please people, ask all the right questions ahead of times because some places do not disclose stuff that should be disclosed as soon as they find out that there is unvaccinated animal on the premises.

What amazing service and staff. We called and was able to be seen same day and the care and attention was outstanding. We used “The Vets Mobile Service” in the past but just found out they abruptly closed, so we were in need of a new vet immediately for one of our cats. They took us right in, followed up once we got home, and checked in the very next day. They called with the test results and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. We are happy to say we found our new vet for our all fur babies. Thank you for taking such great care of our cat!
