(from Google)What a wonderful place. Everyone was so amazing. The young man vet tech was so knowledgeable, calm and caring. The cat is a stray that we couldn't find the owner. We brought inside when it got very cold so wouldn't you know she had 3 babies 2 weeks ago and we were concerned about that maybe she still had a baby inside. Dr. Pedroza who was so amazing checked her out did some tests and started her on medicine. We would recommend them for all your pets care!!!
Beautiful clean clinic. Super friendly staff. Very attentive to needs and price friendly! Would 100% recommend. Took care of my fur baby and answered all of my concerns about medications etc
All staff members are welcoming and compassionate. We are currently working on a mystery skin condition with Lucy and I feel that Dr. Mac is heavily invested in helping us treat her. 10/10 recommend Dr McFarlane.
I have a high anxiety Chihuahua. He can be very aggressive when we get to the vets. I took him to True Companion after many people recommended them for dental. Even though dental work is extremely pricey, I love the doctor here. This is the first vet in 8 years that my dog hasn't bitten or pooped/peed everywhere when they took him back. Also they didn't have to muzzle him which has been his usual. The dental work required half his teeth to be removed but they have been especially kind, financially understanding, and consistently wants what is best for my Chihuahua. I can't take my dog anywhere else now.
True Companion Staff and doctors have been amazing over the last week with my baby girl. I took her in for a nail trim (sedated with meds at home) and what I thought was a UTI. Gypsie Rae is a scaredy dog and is very nervous about her feet being touched. They worked with her and got it done. Unfortunately her uti turned into more serious complications when an x-ray (with permission) was done on a hunch with some of her other symptoms I mentioned when the Dr called. She declined over the following three days and the ultimate decision was made by me, and not pushed on me. I had to work Saturday and drive through the end of an F3 tornado resulting in me arriving to the vet later than expected. The staff and doctors made everything effortless and were patient and compassionate for this difficult time. They gave us as much time as I wanted with her before and after. I could see the love they held for Gypsie Rae and I know she felt that from them. My momma heart was broken for losing my baby but their hugs and loving words were what I needed. Thank you True Companion vets and staff for taking amazing care of my princess all the way to her crossing the rainbow bridge. I will forever know she is loved by them, and will continue to take my fur babies to them. Tobias Rayne also loves seeing his friends at True Companion!
