If you haven’t been to Old Reedy Creek Rd yet, you’re seriously missing out. This place is one of those hidden gems that makes you feel like you discovered something locals were trying to keep secret. The views are beautiful, the path is smooth and great for walking, running, or just pretending you’re getting exercise while actually stopping every five minutes to look at the scenery. And the secret trails? Let’s just say if you wander a little off the main path, you’ll find some cool little side trails that make you feel like an explorer in your own backyard. It’s peaceful, quiet, and honestly one of the best places around to clear your head. Just a warning: once you go here, your regular walking route is going to feel very boring. I really enjoyed this trail, the lake views were beautiful and the paved paths made it an easy, relaxing walk. The only small thing that would make it even better is having mile markers along the route.

Wow! Visiting from out of town, looking for a place to get a run in after work. This bike and running path was way better than I had expected. Views were amazing, path well maintained. Did a quick out and back to get to 3.1 miles before the sun set. Wish I had more time to continue on! What a find!

Its a Gods blessing to have this place close to me. Always so pretty. So quiet. So serene. Go there many times with friends for a walk. It has a nice long paved trail. There is no loop so you will have to walk back the same distance. But crabtree lake is just breathtaking and this trail goes around it so it is beautiful.

Been coming here for almost 30 years. The parking lot by the lake outflow is a relatively recent addition and has three restrooms. My dog loves this place.
