Hi, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Pettito. From the moment I arrived, everyone was very polite and welcoming. They offer a great variety of puppies, and the staff takes the time to explain each breed in detail. I really appreciated how selective they are with their breeders, ensuring strong and reliable bloodlines. My family and I found our Labrador Retriever there, and we named him Vader!

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Amya at Pettito! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and so knowledgeable. She truly listened to our preferences and helped guide us to the perfect puppy for our family. The match was so perfect that I came back the very next day to bring home our mini Cockapoo! He has already brought so much joy and healing into our home. If you’re looking for a puppy, be sure to ask for Amya — she made this experience unforgettable.

Amya was such a joy! She is very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. She answered all of our questions and walked us through every step of adopting our new little baby girl!! We are so thankful for Amyas excellent service and knowledge. We can’t wait to take our little girl Bella home!

NEVER, and I do mean never, purchase from this organization. We acquired our sweet little ween ween from the Arlington location May 17th of 2025 and as of Tuesday this week he is now deceased. Didn’t make it a full year on this earth & after investing 8k in his health it still was not enough to save him from his Hepatic disease diagnosis. Watching him fight and struggle was a heartbreak we did not realize we were paying 4k for when we adopted him. Pettito has gone radio silent after being supplied with his medical records. Their one year health guarantee is a replacement puppy only with a congenital diagnosis. Which remains to be seen for us. These puppies are not products. They’re not purses or bad haircuts. If you need consumer law recommendations, I’ve got em. SHAME SHAME SHAME.

Our experience overall was very fulfilling!! My girlfriend and I got our Goldendoodle from the Pettito in Plano. They have a great selection of dogs there and are very knowledgeable in all of their dogs. As soon as you walk in, you can tell this is a different puppy store. They don’t not have puppies from puppy mills and get their puppies from trusted breeders. We landed with our puppy Beaux and he has been the sweetest puppy we could have asked for. He came with updated everything, shots, microchip, etc. I give them a 5/5 and have recommended everyone who wants a puppy to go to them. Thanks again to the people at Pettito for everything!!!
