Tracy is hands down the most efficient groomer I’ve ever met. She always understands exactly the style I want for my dog, and on top of that, she often suggests even better ideas that make the result look amazing. Her personality is also wonderful, she is patient, friendly, and clearly very experienced. You can tell she truly cares about both the pets and their owners. Every visit has been smooth and stress-free, and my dog always comes back looking great and happy. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable groomer!

I had such a great experience bringing my pet here for grooming. The staff was incredibly patient and gentle, and it was clear they truly care about animals. I brought my pup in for a full groom and I was blown away by the results! Tracy is not only skilled but also incredibly kind and attentive. They took the time to listen to my requests and gave my puppy the exact look I was hoping for. His coat is soft and shiny, his nails are trimmed perfectly, and he came home happy and relaxed—which tells me he was treated with love and care the whole time. Awsome place! The owner is very loving and caring. She took really good care of my dogs. And most importantly, I love how she cuts my dogs’ hair! I can’t find anyone else that does it so well, so I driver from Kissimmee to have her groom my dogs every 4-6 weeks! And that is three hours I spend on the road both ways. And yes! She is that good!

I take my two frenchies here- Tommy and Mozart- and they are always very well taken care of, and smell so good after I pick them up. My boys are so soft, nails clipped, and ears/folds cleaned. They leave happy and are always so comfortable going. The owner also gives the dogs little bandanas, making them look so adorable when I pick them up. 10/10 recommend!
