Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - Sugar Land

PetFolk is literally living in the future.. When I walked in I wasn't sure I was in the right place. The aesthetic of this clinic was absolutely stunning! It smelled so clean and luxurious from the moment you enter. Unlike other vet hospitals, this one was so welcoming, and clean. All the staff was friendly, and eager to help. I got super lucky to have Elisa take care of my sick puppy. From the moment I got to the clinic, to the moment I left she made sure me and my puppy were both taken care of. She had such a bubbly personality, but also provided comfort during a stressful time. I would recommend this clinic to absolutely anyone that is in need during an emergency or just needs a regular routine doctor. Their pricing was very reasonable.. I didn't walk out spending an arm and a leg to keep my pup alive!

I had a wonderful experience with sugar land petfolk.They were kind, patient, and genuinely caring toward my pet, which immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or unheard. You can tell they truly love animals and take their work seriously. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I’m very grateful for the care my pet received and would absolutely recommend this vet to anyone looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care.

Full disclosure: My husband is a Business Manager here, but we did have to bring our rescue dog Skyler in to see Dr. Krueger. Her old vet moved to San Antonio and I’ve been hesitant to bring her to just anyone else. She had a rough start at life with a justified (for her) fear of men and gets around on 3 legs pretty well until recently. She started having itchy paws and at first I was reluctant to bring her in because she’s not the best at meeting new men let alone going to the vet. I tried all of the OTC treatments out there but nothing worked or provided her paws relief. Dr. Krueger greeted her so kindly and patiently, Skyler didn’t even mean bark once. I was so relieved! Two days later and she’s already doing better, but more importantly we found a new doc that my dog seems to not mind and that matters more than anything else.

I’ve raised my dogs to live long, healthy lives—18, 20, even 21 years—and I don’t say that lightly. I’m extremely selective about who I trust with their care, and I would 100% trust this practice. Their compassion, knowledge, and genuine love for animals truly show. If you want a vet who treats your pets like family, this is the place. Thank you Dr Kruger for all you do!!!

I just the best experience at Petfolk. They were so nice beginning to end. I was able to get my dog in quickly when he hurt his back. I thought it was going to be horrible news but Dr Krueger assured me it was just a minor injury after performing several tests. What a relief! It’s so clean inside! Their prices are great so I even did some annual bloodwork while I was there. Thank you!! Petfolk is awesome!
