(from Google)Dr Rubin and Dr Morris are the best! They care about your pet baby not the sale. I will only take my 3 pups to them. When we lost our angel Chloe last year, Dr Morris and staff were amazing to us. Can't ask for a better caring knowledgeable Dr's and staff then here. Highly recommend!
Dr. Morris was very kind and helpful. He explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable on Lucy’s plan of care. His assistant Yuliana was very helpful as well. Will continue to take Lucy for her veterinary care at Vetco total care in Wesley Chapel.
I have been coming to this veterinary hospital for about a year and a half, and I could not recommend it more. The main reason I love it so much is the primary vet, Dr. Morris. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I have met many vets over the years, and none have been like him. He truly cares about both the animals and their owners, and always provides thoughtful, practical solutions. Most importantly, he is not money-driven like so many others—he is genuinely kind and wholehearted. You can tell he has a lot of experience in the field. The technicians are also wonderful, especially Juli and Alexis, who are both friendly and professional. Thank you so much for everything—my cats will continue to be happy and healthy because of this hospital.
DO NOT BRING YOUR PET TO THIS VETCO! My dog is currently in the ER because of their negligence. After charging me nearly $600 and telling me "Your dog will be fine," she is now fighting for her life. I brought my puppy here yesterday and she was seen by Dr. Morris. We started with a standard exam ($250), but they returned three separate times to suggest additional tests (Now we are at $675) I agreed to everything because I wanted answers. When the results came back, Dr. Morris told me she had a "bacterial infection." When I asked what kind, he simply shook his head and said, "I don’t know," but claimed her levels looked fine. He sent me home with oral medication—even though I told him my puppy wasn't eating. After 24 hours, her condition didn't improve. When I called to say I wanted to take her to my usual Vetco (Carrollwood), the receptionist lied to me. She claimed I couldn't go to another location because they would have to redo all the tests. I called the Carrollwood location myself, and they confirmed that was false and that they could easily access the lab results. As soon as I arrived at the Carrollwood Vetco, they looked at the exact same tests and told me immediately that my puppy was in KIDNEY FAILURE and needed an ER right away. The ER vets confirmed the diagnosis using the same labs Dr. Morris had and identified the specific bacteria (thank God) This location is money-hungry and clearly does not care about the well-being of animals. If I hadn't sought a second opinion, my dog might not be here. Avoid this place at all costs.
Joshua always shows our dog, Zoey patience and compassion, despite her wanting to bite him. She’s terribly afraid of going to the vet, but the wonderful staff at Vetco always go out of their way to show her kindness. We are so thankful for Vetco and recommend them to anyone who wants a knowledgeable and compassionate team to care for their pets.
