My experience was the worst possible. I need it a travel document for my Dog to take him out of the country as the Vet is registered in the USDA website. However, even though I saw the vet and provided all docs 10 days before my travel, He made multiple mistakes on the document and I had to travel with out the document, risking my dog for a no re-entry. The document arrived while I was picking up my bags in the other country. (You are supposed to show it to the airlines to allow you board the plane, which I had to talk for 20 min to allow me take my dog without the Authorized document). Also, I asked the Vet to prescribe a medicine to calm my 10Lb dog on the trip, and he prescribe 8 pills and told me to give him 1 pill or 2 depending of the dog stress. However, it almost kill my dog. The medicine he prescribed was for an "infection" and the dose was to big for a small dog. I'm glad I only gave 1 pill, but it causes my dog to have liver problems thanks to the medicine prescribed (which it was not for calming a dog, and worst not even for a small dog). My dog was perfectly healthy when I took it to see this Vet. I have all documents from the vets and treatments I had to give my dog in the other country to make him get back to normal, after having liver issues due to the elevated Phosphatase at 474 (normal is 20-150) caused by the medicine that he prescribed "to calm my dog, which it was for an infecction), Also many people told me to sue him for malpractice or do something legal for the pain and suffering we had in the other country and the money spent to help him recover his helath, but I only want to warn people of this place. I wish I could give him a (-10) stars.

Everyone here is very friendly, and they took the time to help me out with invoicing issues, and explain it to me. They are also extremely transparent with their pricing. The prices are reasonable, I went for dog dental and will be returning for use as a primary veterinarian for my pets. Dr. Hong does fantastic work

Doc Andrew and the entire team has been attentive & supportive throughout my baby pup neuter process.. thankfully they don’t mind going the extra step to ensure the procedure and aftercare process goes as planned. He’ll be able to get the stitches out in about 16 more days. Hoping for a speedy recovery, but it’s been helpful having them overseeing the process. Thanks again! Update: My pup had to return for another procedure and the team took care of him with diligence. Would recommend them for any of your Pup health needs!

Love Dr Hong and staff. Super great with my grumpy boy and even got his nails clipped. Love the holistic approach. Lisa the groomer there was amazing!!!!

We've been taking our furry family members to see Dr. Hong for many years. He is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and straightforward. We now have a kitty with diabetes and he has been very helpful in managing her symptoms with diet recommendations and insulin. Jasmine and Joanna in the front office are very friendly and efficient. Thanks for all you do!
