(from Google)Charming little park with a quite long paved trail that stretches a couple of miles all the way to the Timber Glen Branch Library. I usually walk, run or ride my bicycle on it. There's a small playground for kids with a few benches as well. I have used this park at different times of the day early in the morning or late at nights. Never had any safety issue. Nevertheless, you still want very cautious around night time. The only one thing that I deplore is the fact that people do not clean after their pets. There's dogs waist everywhere despite signs and plastic bags provided for that matter. There's only one dog waist disposal at the Briagrove corner of the park. Maybe there's a need for 4 or 5 more installed at several locations to allow pet owners not to walk too far.
Its a cute little park with a few toys for kids to play on. There's plenty of open grass to run around on plus a long walking trail. Be mindful of the surrounding apartments, there are breaks in the fences that animals and people can slip in and out of.
This park is clean and includes part of a larger path that extends across a couple of roads before looping around the local library. It's perfect for a nice job, walk, or bike ride. There's also a wee park with a slide and swing so your kids can tucker themselves out before going home and demanding snacks from their parents. The only thing that's kinda lame is that its not the most visually appealing park and it gets boring quickly.
The pavement was just completed last month and it looks awesome! Now you can ride your bike or take a stroll. It's very much improved! Cute little park for kids and lots of grass to play with your dog or a sport!
Very clean and not overcrowded. The addition of the trail between the apartments is awesome! The only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars and concerns me is the number of unleashed dogs. I'm hoping when the signage goes up the city will post something in the trail/park rules.
